I've been going to Dr. Heller for years and it has always been an enjoyable experience. Went back today for my first long overdue cleaning due to covid and happy to see that not much has changed with how he and his wonderful treats their patients. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and the staff have a playful and positive relationship with one another. Facilities are clean and up to date. It's pretty obvious to me Dr. Heller truly cares about his patients and will not recommend unnecessary work - he's not in it for the insurance payout but instead cares about each patient's best interest and comfort. Staff is very knowledgeable and will clearly explain to you any changes or improvements you should make without talking down to you. Highly recommend!

This Dentist is not to provide services to people who have: metro plus, health first, emblem, etc or Medicaid. I don't think this site is for you, if you are one of the most needy or you are going through a situation that depends on Medicaid services or any affiliated plan. I had Emblem and since they did not accept it, I changed to Health First thinking that they would accept it, since it is one of the most recognized, but unfortunately neither. although they could be more specific and write what are the plans that they accept.

Appointment started on time. Procedure was quick and painless and effective. And Dr.Heller always makes you feel at ease and in good hands. Five stars!

Everyone in the office is very welcoming so if you don't like being at a dentist office due to nervousness this is helpful. Heller is a funny and his assistant was nice and polite.

Dr. Heller saved my semi loose front lower tooth rather then pull it. He did a bonding procedure. His staff and hygienist are very welcoming.

Dr. Heller is the best. I use to have anxieties about going to the dentist. But the last 3 yrs I've had the best dental hygiene I've ever had. Mostly because of his bedside manner the other part is the music he plays throughout the office. Thanks Dr. Heller

I was told at my last dentist that I had cavities in 8 teeth including my wisdom, and that I might as well get them pulled. I went to Dr. Heller and was told I don't have a single cavity, and that my teeth are so perfectly aligned, it would almost be malpractice to remove them. I have extreme dental anxiety as well, and Pier-Angeli, the hygienist, is a literal angel from heaven. She's so gentle and has the most calming presence. I finally found my dentist and for the first time, don't feel scared to go back!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I worked for the company for 2 days back in October and the manager told me something else and what blew my mind that she wasn't professional enough to tell me or call me to tell me that they decided to go with someone else. Very unprofessional of you on your part but its okay tho I got myself a better job no thanks to you.

Dr. Heller is the best of the best. Everyone asks who my dentist is and I'm so proud to tell them. Dr. Jerrold Heller on the LES!!! He is on Grand near Donut Plant, and Trader Joe's. Client for 26 yrs. The work he does lasts longer than "expected" and he is so accommodating and a really experienced dentist. I once saw him do free add-on work on a bride the week before her wedding bc she was ashamed of her smile. He loves the diverse LES community and is so good with dental phobias like I have. He is essentially a painless dentist. Tell him your concerns and he will put on the TV or radio, get you numb and work his magic. .

Dr. Heller was kind and courteous. He is very knowledgable. And most of all he was gentle. My dental problem was taken care of. The office is clean and neat. I highly recomend. They have the latest equipment and specialists in their office, so you don't have to be sent out.

Dr. Heller has been my dentist for more than 20 years. He is friendly, warm and strives to minimize pain and discomfort. He stay on top of modern technology and uses it. His office staff is the best.

I've been coming to Dr. Heller for over 20 years and this man is not hear for the money he really loves his job. It's not even a job for him its his family and whole life and honestly I hope he stays around for a very very long time because then im gonna have to stalk Melissa lol.
