Dr. Meisel received his B.A. from Notre Dame before completing his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Georgetown University in 1985. He then served as a Lieutenant in the United State Navy Dental corps until 1988. In 1989 he began his present practice here in North Greenbush. Dr. Meisel is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Third District Dental Society.
Dr. Messier opened his North Greenbush practice in 2011. He graduated from the dental hygiene program at HVCC in 1998 and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors from the University at Buffalo in 2004. He has completed advanced training in dental implants through a continuum at NYU School of Dentistry and is a clinical instructor for the dental hygiene anesthesia course at HVCC. Dr. Messier is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Third District Dental Society, and OKU Honor Society.

This was my first time at this dental office and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Dr. Messier and his staff were very warm and welcoming. It is very evident that Dr. Messier promotes a positive environment for his staff as well as for his patients. Tara was my hygienist and she was excellent- very thorough and caring. Dr. Messier followed up with my exam and he was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Overall experience was great!
