Dr Jennings is a great dentist. She stays up to date on all the latest technology, research and recommendations but uses a conservative approach to treatment. I never feel pressured and trust her judgement. Her office is comfortable and modern. When I've had an issue with my teeth their office was super responsive and got me scheduled quickly to take a look.

Dr. Jennings is very kind, professional and caring with her patients. Her staff always receives you with a bright smile while taking the adequate precautions given the "new normal". They have been very meticulous with their screening process because they care about their patients health and safety. Dr. Jenning's administrative assistant was very cordial, efficient and thorough with her work, and diligent in making sure I was aware of my appointment. I would highly recommend this family dentistry office.

I've been going to Dr. Jennings for over 6 years now and have always had a great experience. I went this year, one week after they reopened due to the pandemic. I felt completely safe from the moment I stepped in, to the moment I left. I love that Dr. Jennings and her hygienist take time to remember me and ask about my 2 girls. I live in Illinois and I feel that she is well worth the drive!

Dr. Jennings and her staff always provide a very professional service overall; Dr. Jennings is caring and attentive to detail, always providing her best advice for oral care. The whole team is courteous and efficient, I would highly recommend this practice.

This was once a nice office with good staffing but the turnover rate for the scheduling and the hygienist's has been questionable. Now after the pandemic, the office is rude and the dentist doesn't care about the patients any longer. Also, the secretary was suggesting we all try to squeeze in two appointments because the insurance already paid for them. This is a very unethical practice.

Jennings Family Dentistry is a class act, professional setting, putting their patient care as their number 1 priority. Dr. Valerie Jennings and her staff are compassionate, friendly, and always put their patients at ease. I would highly recommend any family member, or friend to this practice. Jennings Family Dentistry is a professional, family-friendly, and efficient practice. I can tell they care about their patients AND staff (especially during this pandemic) by ensuring that no one who could potentially be sick enters the space at all! I had my appointment back in June or July and the staff was excellent. Given that the pandemic isn't over yet, I understand that scheduling is difficult, especially given that Iowa doesn't have a mask mandate. I appreciate they're abiding by the rules and taking all measures possible to keep the virus out of the building. One time, I was able to see their sanitizing process and it was extremely thorough. 10/10 recommend!

I've heard many great recommendations about this place! Since the pandemic, their cleaning process has been even more thorough & impressive. I haven't heard of a dentist office with such extreme sanitation & cleanliness! The staff is very kind, genuine, and it's clear they care about their patients' safety.

Jennings Family Dentistry is a professional, family-friendly, and efficient practice. I have always been terrified of dentists. But after my first appointment with Dr. Jennings, I no longer dread the dentist chair. Dr. Jennings has great staff and they are all efficient, gentle, and friendly! I have already referred all my coworkers to JFD!
