Incredible service!! My youngest son struggles with anxiety and the patience and dedication that Dr Pichardo gave him was stellar! He was a lot calmer than he has ever been at a dr's office! I can't sing her praises enough just for this alone! After taking care of him, she did such a good job on me I almost felt sad that I didn't have to come back for another 6 months lol

Dr Pichardo is a great dentist, made me feel extremely comfortable in the chair; she explained and answered all my questions. The staff was amazing.

Today was my first time at this dentist office, I called last week to confirm they took my insurance and the lady who I spoke with called me and few times and was very helpful. The hygienist was very nice and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Pichardo was very nice too! I will definitely keep them as my dentist as long as they take my insurance. Thank you!

Came in as a new patient for a cleaning after not being seen at a dentist in over a year - what I received was way better than expected. It was a pleasant experience at Dr. Pichardo's practice, with staff that was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend even to the most weary.

The only Dentist we know since our move to New Rochelle about 10 years now. We are not looking elsewhere since nothing can be better than what we have now.

Dr. Pichardo was excellent at diagnosing and solving my teeth issues. Her personal attention and quality of care is the best. She also has an excellent staff that are always friendly and caring. I highly recommend her for all your dental needs.

Jennifer has been my dentist since the age of 13. We followed her from her first practice on Broadway and Dyckman to the NEW Rochelle practice. 17 years later- my entire family and some friends are her patients years later- first because of the quality work she does- she's a true professional. secondly because she's super sweet and always welcoming.
