It is great to have a dentist in our little town of Penacook. Jennifer's office is warm and welcoming and her services are outstanding. She and her staff meet needs great and small with competence and skill. Why go anywhere else?

Dr. Toy is amazingly gentle and I love her friendly kind manner. She always makes sure your comfortable and not in pain. The hygienists are thorough and kind. They do an amazing job. The manager is always sweet and efficient. She will check the cost of any work through your insurance. I do suggest in the winter to wear an extra sweater as it can be very chilly in the practice. The assistants are super caring and do a great job, sometimes it feels a little rough when they are pulling on your cheek,mouth but just let them know and they will adjust for your comfort.

Dr.Jennifer Lynn Toy D.M.D., along were her staff were absolutely amazing to both my Son and I. I look forward to going back and referring her office to everyone. Their kindness and understanding were outstanding. I've never seen such compassion as we saw in her office. Highly recommended to all.

Had my first Cleaning with Sally today it was great!!! As people in the field know it's not always easy getting in the chair due to the schedule.It had been a little longer that I had liked so I'm sure she had her work cut out for her. My teeth feel great!!!

Since she bought this office it has gone downhill.I called to make an app. for tooth pain, sensitive to cold. They wanted me to also schedule a cleaning. I stated the water cleaning hurt and declined for now. Nothing further from them. I go in they take a couple x-ray's on my right, where the tooth pain is from my clenching and they establish I need some fillings. They also said I need some fillings on my left side from a year ago. Ok? No x-rays were done mind you on the left side. I said I had work done when I lived in a different state recently, I didnt remember the extent. They proceeded to schedule me for an app. that was slotted for 2.5 hrs to have 5 teeth done both on the left and right side. I called a couple days later to see if I can come in sooner and the receptionist said because I didnt have a cleaning done there was one tooth that would not be able to do because it might need a root canal, and a cleaning is when x-rays were taken. I questioned why this was not explained to me when I first called or an alternative cleaning option wasnt given but my phone call was dropped. I tried to call back but I had to leave a message. When I was kicked out on 4-6 The receptionist stated she called back and left a message and its not her job to call me 20 times and harrasse me. I explained that if I was in a bad service area, as I was, I would not have got her message. I came to my app today 4-6-21, mind you, it's a 45 min drive for me, and I asked the doctor, first time seeing her, if they got my records from my previous state.This would show my cleaning within a year and the possible work on my left side and she said they got x-rays but they didnt come out clearly enough. The doctor also said she didnt need x-rays she could look inside my mouth and see what needed to be done. Then why the big deal about the cleaning??? The doctor then said they were only doing one tooth. I was surprised. She said this was explained to you, I know it was. Umm no! I was told only one tooth wasnt going to be done because I didnt have a cleaning done last week. I started to ask about my first initial phone call and why perhaps an alternative cleaning option wasnt offered, or why someone didnt go a little above and beyond and simply explain hey we might not be able to do dental work without x-rays which come with a cleaning, which was my main complaint through all of this. But now that Im there I am only getting one tooth done, despite my 2.5 hr slot, they recognize this as a dental emergency and we still have to determine if my work was done on my left side in the other state I lived in through x-rays. Then she proceeded to take off the napkin and tell me this was not a good fit for me and kicked me out of the office. Wait a second. Im questioning you as to why on my first phone call it simply was not fully explained to me that if I did not get a cleaning I would not get a full dntl wk up? But they were going to do work on my left side without doing xrays based your charts from last year when I might have had this work done already in the previous state, but you could see if this needed to be done by looking in my mouth? Then why the x-rays from a cleaning??? But I came in for a dental emergency? Why wouldnt you do what was necessary to fix the problem then worry about the cleaning? Are you confused? I am. The entire 10 years I went there while Dr. Labranch owned the office I cant remember him having a sign saying he was taking new clients, theres a reason why she has had one out front the entire time she has owned the office. STAY AWAY. UPDATE: The new dentist stated I did not need any fillings on my bottom teeth. The pain on my bottom tooth was the result of a reseeding gum line from brushing to hard and showed me the shadow on the xray. She told me to brush lighter, use sensodine toothpaste, put it on my gums for 2wks. Mind you L.Toys office took xrays and determined I nded fillings there. I did not nd work on my upper left sd. That was an old filling they were going to kp an eye on. I got one small upper filling where the other pain was.

Dr. Toy is an incredible Dentist and does a GREAT JOB. The office staff is also GREAT. I am SO VERY VERY HAPPY with MY NEW DENTURES and THANK DR.TOY VERY VERY MUCH FOR ALL SHE HAS DONE FOR ME.

Great experience at Dr Toy's office. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Carol, my hygienist, is the BEST. She always takes care of my needs and searches out any answers to my questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend Dr. Toy's office.

I am very happy with all the work that was done in this dental office being the patient for the last three years. I like to have my teeth cleaned once in four months being tea/coffee drinker and kept the health of teeth/gums in check. My teeth are nice and white that I never thought my teeth are actually this white like the color of my bones. But coffee and tea stains it, and that is the reason I like to have it done once in four months, and not wait another two months. With Pandemic involuntary break in this routine, it was about the time my teeth were cleaned and happy. No matter how well, and what kind of electronic tooth brush we may use, the teeth cleaning needs the professional hygienist in a dental office. What stays in our mouth carries throughout our bodies and I am glad that I have a dental office doing such a fabulous job. Honestly, I could not be happier. Thank you so much, Dr. Toy, and the team.
