Dr. Jennifer Scott provides our patients with a distinctive blend of skill and experience, combined with an emphasis on making every patient feel like part of the family. Speaking of family, Dr. Scott is a second generation dentist, having taken over the family dentistry practice from her father, Dr. Lawrence Lee, who practiced for many years in Oak Cliff. Many of Dr. Scott's patients were first patients of her dad and remember her as a child helping him in his office. Growing up around a dentist allowed Dr. Scott to observe dentistry techniques and skills as well as learn the value of patient care and communication. Dr. Scott began her formal dental education at the Baylor College of Dentistry, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene before receiving her DDS in 1989.
She regularly attends continuing education classes on a variety of subjects to ensure that she remains current on the latest technology and methods in the field of dentistry. Dr. Scott married her husband Dave in 1984 and they have four children, Rebecca (and husband Anthony), Sam, Grace and Claire. When she's not at the dental office, Dr. Scott is active in their church and she loves to read (she's a member of three book clubs) scrapbook and travel, especially to a beach. She attended Bishop Dunne High School and loves the Falcons and is devoted fan of the Baylor sports teams. Sic 'Em, Bears!

Dr. Monica Goff is a native of Dallas who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Baylor University. She received her dental degree with honors from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry. She enjoys building relationships with patients and working with them to improve their health. Her comprehensive approach to dentistry incorporates the most recent knowledge of the field.
Mileta is a dental assistant and has been working in dentistry since high school. She is a registered clinical assistant and is certified in radiology and coronal polishing. Mileta has been with Dr. Scott since 2002. She and her husband have been married for more than 35 years and raised three boys. Now they are the grandparents to two sweet granddaughters. When shes not spoiling her grandbabies, Mileta likes to be outdoors, walking or hiking. She loves to read and also to travel, especially to the mountains.
Ana is a certified dental assistant with 18 years of experience and has been working with Dr. Scott and Dr. Goff for two years. She and her family live in Cedar Hill, where you can usually find her on the soccer fields, either coaching or watching her kids play. Ana also currently holds the office record for most pets. The Ortiz family has four dogs, three birds, eight fish, one bunny and one pony.
Kim has been a dental hygienist for more than 30 years, but began a career in dentistry in high school as a junior assistant. She grew up in the Houston and has lived in the Dallas area for her adult life. Kim and her husband have a blended family of two girls and three boys, soon all to be college graduates. When Kim is not cleaning teeth, she loves working in the yard, camping and attending church.
Tracey is Dr. Scotts longest-tenured employee, having started part-time in 1994. She is a graduate of Grapevine High School and before becoming a dental hygienist, began her dental career as an assistant, gaining experience in the specialties of pediodontics and periodontics. She and her husband are long-time residents of Lancaster and are raising three grandchildren, one of whom is disabled. She loves getting to know her patients, while away from the office she enjoys working in her vegetable garden.
