I had an emergency situation. The visit went great. Really liked the dentist for giving me options in a tough situation. Then the follow up came and the whole thing turned into a nightmare. The office manager chose to contact the specialist to cancel my appointment with no notification to me the patient. It's sad I thought I found a dentist for the foreseeable future. Now I will go back to the.drawing board and find someone else. I don't think all new patients are treated in this manner otherwise there probably wouldnt be an office. Good luck with that office staff.

As usual, I arrived on time for my appointment with Dr. McCoy and was greeted by an immaculate and tranquil office. Within just a few minutes I was escorted to an exam room for my usual dental care procedure. Upon completion of the routine procedure, Dr. McCoy conducted a thorough examination and then advised me that if I experience any pain or unanticipated problem, I should call her office immediately. I was treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Dr. McCoy and her staff are true professionals but with a touch of personal care that is getting hard to find these days, the hygienists are very accommodating especially if you have sensitive teeth and gums like I do. If you are looking for a dentist or if you are not happy with the one you have I would strongly suggest that you give these folks a shot, you will be glad that you did.

I am a new patient of Dr. McCoy. She completed the installation of a crown on a recent implant. Dr. McCoy and her Team exhibited the utmost in professionalism. I have since been for my routine cleaning and was very pleased! This is my dentist!

I know a lot of ppl have anxiety about seeing the dentist, but I never do, because everyone at Dr. McCoy's office is so friendly and helpful. The staff is genuinely invested in our health, and Dr. McCoy is only interested in what's best for her patients. I highly recommend this office. Also, I appreciate the handicap-accessible parking in the rear lot with a separate entrance!

I phoned & Andrea answered. She was courteous & pleasant until I asked about their Covid-19 protocols & if they are vaccinated? She stated that just as my health info is personal so we're their employees. Needless to say I will not jeopardize my health for anyone! No thanks.

I HATE going to the dentist but this place changed that! I had a great exprience!! The staff was so nice and pleasant and made the process as quick and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend!!
