Dr. McCoy, is the best!. Her staff deals well with my dentist anxiety. Dr. McCoy takes her time when doing work on me she knows how I can be. She will ask if I'm doing good. She is very caring and patient.

Dr. McCoy herself is a great dentist, the administrative and management part should just be handled better. Almost every appt I have made has been rescheduled, which is annoying, however, my biggest concern is the lack of communication despite the tons of times I've spoken with staff. I had to get a crown and there was issue with my insurance and despite multiple opportunities to discuss it or at least letting me know this might not be covered, I wasn't told until I was in the chair by the dental hygienist as a "hopefully someone told you this but...." followed by "is that a problem?" Having previously worked in healthcare billing myself, I understand the patient should be aware of their coverage restrictions etc. But there were so many better opportunities for that discussion to make my experience better and it wasn't in the dental chair waiting to be numbed up while the hygienist stumbled through insurance questions.

Waited 40 minutes to be seen for an X-ray and return visit. Only to ask the dentist what should I do and she literally said "I don't know". Office Staff who made the appointment was RUDE. CLEARLY DID NOT RESPECT MY TIME AND DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME.

Highly recommend Dr. McCoy! She is the best dentist. Her office staff are wonderful, her office is sterling clean and she is fun to visit...warm and wonderful personality! Thank you Dr. McCoy! So happy I found you.

We have been seeing Doctor McCoy since she took over the practice We drive an hour to see her because of the relationship we've built with her and the dental hygienist and office staff, they are beyond professional and always make sure that our experience is personal as if we're a part of the family! Never have they pushed any procedure on us and are always willing to "watch and see"! The staff never changes which says so much about thus practice! I highly recommend them!

Took care of my chipped tooth in no time and made it look better than prior to injury. Wonderful office! Nermin
