I had a dentist appointment for a consultation.I get there and they tell me they double booked me because they thought I just wanted to meet the dr. What??? But when I made the appointment they told me it would be $131.00. And I explained to Jennifer over the phone that I wanted a consultation with the dr and to meet the staff. Why would I pay that just to meet the staff & doctor? Wouldn't you think a consultation would be an exam to see what course of action to take for treatment? Unbelievable. Complete clown show. Don't bother going here. Total waste of time. After seeing your response, I'm so glad this didn't work out. A simple apology would've been sufficient. Good luck with getting new patients.

I had a very positive experience as I had an "emergency" that I needed taken care of and I just want to thank Dr. Robb for what she did for me.

The office called me first thing in the morning and got me in same day for excruciating tooth pain, exam and X-rays done. The office was extremely accommodating and friendly, no judgement at all. Id recommend them to anyone.

Experienced staff. Pleasant, friendly dentist. Up to date equipment and skills. Focus on pain-free experience. Presented options, with the benefits and drawbacks of each, at various price points. Attentive to ensuring my insurance benefits are maximized. Followed good COVID protocols (dentistry is a high risk practice for the providers). Good communication when making my appointment. I recommend this practice.

My last visit at Dr. Jennifer Robb's office was excellent. The staff took extra precautions to insure our safety related to the Covid-19 virus. I felt comfortable but safe at the same time. Dr. Robb took care of several items in one appointment and everything is great. Very professional.
