Dr. New prides herself in treating the patient and not just the tooth. She believes strongly in patient education. Dr. New and her staff use digital x-rays and cameras to show the patient exactly what is going on in their mouth. She enjoys helping her patients understand what is causing their dental problems, how to treat them effectively, and how to prevent these issues from recurring. Dr. New will create a personalized treatment plan for you and she takes the time to answer all of your questions. By educating patients and stressing prevention, Dr. New strives to help patients maintain a lifetime of excellent oral health. Dr. Jennifer New was born and raised in Saratoga, California.
Haleh has been working in the dental field since 2001. Being of service in the dental profession is her passion. The care that she gives her patients and the great relationship she has with them is a direct result of that. She graduated from dental hygiene school in 2013 as a valedictorian and since then she has been a member of the board of Carrington College. She has experience working individually with many patients performing routine cleanings as well as identifying key health and oral conditions. She is also a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association, Santa Clara Dental Hygiene Association, and Dental Hygiene Committee of California. She is Laser Certified by Advanced Laser Hygienes Academy. She is bilingual and speaks Farsi fluently, and she enjoys hiking, working out at the gym, and spending time with her friends and family.
Alyssa has been in the dental field for a little over a year but is exceeding all expectations! On the weekends she works at a barkey making all sorts of sweets and treats, she is also going to school studying Forensic science. In her free time she enjoys working out , baking, reading a good book and hanging out with her little fur baby.

She stayed local to Northern California and attended the University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. West San Jose Dentist Dr. New is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, the Santa Clara Dental Society, and the American Society of Implant & Reconstructive Dentistry.

What they do is special and exceptional. Their entire team synergy is impressive. Haleh is amazing she provided the best teeth cleaning I've ever received! You'd think an automated machine is in your mouth but it's a human hand. I'm talking gentle precision and emotional intelligence ...she talks you through the cleaning. I'd probably be hard pressed to find another dentist office like Dr. New's in my lifetime.

Dr. Jennifer New is fantastic. I was devastated when my dentist of 45 years retired. Fortunately Dr. New took over the practice and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is caring, gentle and does exceptional work. She makes herself available for emergency care even at times that I'm sure are inconvenient for her. She has a great personality and takes the stress out of going to the dentist.

As a practicing dental hygienist, you could say that I am able to tell a good dental experience from a bad one. Dr. New and her staff are exceptional! Biting on something hard is always a gamble when you have dental work in the mouth. Last week was a bad gamble for me as corn nuts took out a 30 year old porcelain crown. Dr. New's office got me in the very next day, as she understands that a broken tooth leads to many other problems. Even before I arrived, I was able to complete the "paperwork" ahead of time at my convenience. This meant that I could walk right into the procedure. Thanks to their efficiency and highly skilled team, a 90 min procedure only took 60. Dr. New talked through the procedure to keep me update on what was going on. I could tell that she is thinking about all the considerations needed to ensure a good fitting crown, and all the things that needed to happen to get a great finished product. And all along, the conversation was quite entertaining so the time passed super fast. I warned everyone that I always fall asleep during dental procdures, but didn't even have time to do that! HA! As a professional that sees my fair share of temporary crowns on my own patients, I must say that I am thoroughly pleased with the temporary on my tooth. It was made extra small so that I would not be able to pull it off with flossing, clenching or eating. GENIUS! I wish more of my other patients (I work in a specialty practice with patients referred in by many *other* dentists) could benefit from this geniusness! :) Dr. New's assistant was great! She and doc work seamlessly to get the job done and ensured my comfort. Dr. New's mother is the finance coordinator and she was right on top of the financial arrangments, so there was no thinking needed on my part! Always a PLUS! All around great experience and I will definitely continue to recommend their services to others.

Dr. New is a dentist you will feel comfortable with as soon as you meet her. She has such a friendly and reassuring demeanor and genuinely listens and responds to your concerns. She is very thorough with a caring and common sense approach that I value immensely. Dr. New's office is simply the best dental practice I've ever experienced! From the admin to the hygienists (shout out to Haleh who is simply delightful, kind, and thorough) to the dentist herself. Scheduling is easy, appointments are seen promptly at appointment time, x-rays are available for immediate viewing, and the team gets you in and out quickly. I've never felt pressured for unnecessary work or spending, and the whole staff is a delight to be around! I highly recommend Dr. New's very capable team!
