Dr. Jennifer Chiang believes that gentle technique, evidence-based practices, and clear communication are key to excellent patient care. Dr. Chiang utilizes refined minimally-invasive techniques and the highest quality materials to preserve the look and function of natural teeth. Shes excited to be a dentist at a time when we finally have the tools to understand dental disease etiology and techniques to balance the oral microbiome. Dr. Chiang has a holistic approach as oral health is integral to systemic well-being.
Dr. Chiang continues to be passionate about education, both as a former teacher and lifelong student. From 2010 to 2014, she taught as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the UCSF School of Dentistry and treated patients at the office of Dr. Ron Yang in Fremont. As a lifelong student, she continually refines her skills and stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending post-graduate courses and seminars.

Dr. Chiang is just awesome! The whole office has a great energy! Like others have mentioned she truly does care about patients and their dental health. She really took the time to impress upon me the importance of flossing by explaining in detail the consequences of not doing so. I am now a regular flosser! She is also very good with all the procedures. The deep cleaning I had with her was a total breeze! I am even looking forward to my next one!

Dr. Chiang is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. I have a lot of problems with my teeth (three implants and several crowns), and I have seen many dentists. I vote her is not only believe she is the top of professional level (I checked her resume before I visited her, and I was very impressed that she graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry and received several years of fellowship training and community service, and once worked as an assistant professor at the UCSF School of Dentistry), but I also vote her as best doctor because I could feel and tell that she really cares about her patients. She examines each tooth very carefully and takes the time to explain any potential problems and explain all possible treatment options, including details on how to perform daily care. She transparently provided her detailed treatment plan after the visit by email, including costs. She also responded promptly to all my email questions and called back me for my urgent message. She is the best dentist I have ever experienced and can be trusted.

Dr. Chiang is a great dentist. This was my first visit, but I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain how to properly care for your teeth (for example, she explained how the way I was brushing was causing my gums to recede, and showed me how to brush so that my gums would recover). I would recommend Dr. Chiang's office for anyone looking for a new dentist.

I been jumping from dentist to dentist through the years. Until I was referred to Jennifer C! Jennifer C defines in my opinion dentistry are not equally the same and she proved this to me on my first day of examination to my handful scheduled annual cleaning. I say if you want deep cleaning that will make you feel you win the World Series, NBA Championship, Super Bowl in terms of teeth cleaning. Take my recommendation.

I've been going to Dr. Jennifer Chiang for years now, and have always had 5-star experiences there. Dr. Jennifer and her staff are super friendly. The office is always very clean and tidy, and there are pretty high standards for COVID safety. Some things I appreciate: - Newer technology that is less painful - Flavors of certain dental things that are milder / more pleasant - Dr. Chiang takes the time to explain the root causes of my dental problems (like staining in a certain area) and suggests solutions to prevent them in the future - my previous dentist never explained these to me! - Using Google Calendar for appointment reminders - Sunglasses to wear during procedures so you aren't staring into the light Thanks Dr. Jennifer!

Jennifer has been above and beyond for my terrible teeth. She is big on preventative solutions not just treating cavities. When she does dental work I could tell she is a perfectionist. Elise in the office is super friendly and nice. I am so grateful that I found this clinic to take care of my teeth!!!

Jennifer is the most pleasant dentist (and I can argue medical professional) I've ever encountered. She was able to clearly explain each part of her exam in simplistic terms and showed genuine care and patience as we worked through my questions and concerns. Her friendly and spirited nature also made for a fun conversation. Additionally, her office is one of the more technological advanced ones out there. All communication and forms were handled electronically; insurance estimates were provided prior to the appointment; and meeting invites / reminders were sent out in advance. As someone with a very demanding schedule, the efficiency of the end to end process was greatly appreciated. It goes without saying, but I would highly recommend Jennifer to all.
