Dr. Alexander Fuller is a 2016 graduate of University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he obtained his specialty certificate in Endodontics. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Pace University where he was a research assistant at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. It was here Dr. Fuller began his journey into the dental world.
In 2014 Dr. Fuller earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. During his time at Temple he was a research assistant in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and the Department of Graduate Endodontics. He received the Temple University School of Dentistry Outstanding Achievement Award as well as placing on the Deans list. In 2014 Dr. Fuller was honored to be a part of Temples service trip to Jamaica where he delivered dental care to communities in need.
Dr. Fuller grew up in Abington, PA and is proud to be working so close to his hometown. When not in the operatory saving teeth, Dr. Fuller enjoys traveling, hiking, tennis and watching his Philadelphia sports teams.

The experience ihad from the time I walked in the office till I left was WONDERFUL.....the Dr and his assistant took AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL Care of me....I was having a hard time at first and before I knew it it felt like I was at home on my sofa I would recommend anyone to them...THANKS SO MUCH

I don't think I could find the correct words to say thank you to you all. Dr. Fuller, you are an angel. You treated my mother so gently and with care. After her terrible experience with her previous dentist, my mother fears every single dentist office. However, yesterday, you restored her faith once more. To the wonderful nurse (I forgot her name. I am very ashamed) who treated my mother like a human being the entire process, thank you. You can't imagine how much I appreciate you. You both treated my mother like your own yesterday, and I am forever grateful! Thank you so much! Dr. Fuller, I owe you a HUGE hug when I see you in 6 months! This endodontics office is fantastic. Very pretty surroundings and lovely people working there. I had a root canal done yesterday by Dr Fuller and his assistant, Suzanne, and they were fantastic. They helped me to feel totally calm and comfortable. I would recommend them very highly for anyone who needs an endodontist.

I was terrified to get a root canal. After meeting Dr Fueller all my nerves evaporated. I had 2 treatments that went very smoothly, approximately 40-45mins which seemed in less time. No pain at all. Through the entire procedure Dr Fueller informed me of everything that was being done. Would highly recommend Dr Fueller - he's the best!! The staff was great too.

I have never been here before until today, I called yesterday in serious excruciating pain, I needed a root canal done and They got me in today! I am TERRIFIED of the dentist and this was the best experience. From the second I walked in they reassured me of everything and I didn't feel a thing. Excellent service here I will refer everyone I know.

If a root canal can be a wonderful experience, this certainly was! From the initial phone call to the time I walked out of the door, I was treated with utmost courtesy, professionalism, and kindness. In fact I scheduled a root canal redo with Dr. Fuller, a super endodontist, with an excellent staff! Kudos.

I'm a dentist in Tampa Florida with a patient doing her schooling in Philly. I reached out to Dr. Fuller after an emergency arose. He went above and beyond to help the situation. What a great experience. My 9 year old had a bike accident the other evening and his two front teeth were cut in half. He needed to get emergency treatment, and during this pandemic it was so hard to find reputed professionals who are seeing patients, etc. Dr. Fuller rearranged his schedule to see my son the very next morning. His state of the art X-ray equipment confirmed the least invasive options and now my son is on the mend. We still have more to do in order to restore his email, but this first, critical step was essential and time was of the essence. We are truly grateful to Dr. Fuller and his team. Highly recommend this practice.

I had such a great experience at this office! Dr. And all staff I encountered were extremely kind And professional at all times. Office was very Clean & very serious about following all rules & regulations due to Covid-19. Very much appreciated !!! No pain at all during Root Canal :-)

I can't say that I ever want to go to an endodontist, and I especially dont want to go during the pandemic! Well unfortunately I had little choice...anxious as I was i am happy to say that Dr Fuller and his amazing staff put me at ease and squelched my anxiety. believe it or not I was able to relax while he and his assistant did their work (if only the could have colored my hair at the same time ) I highly recommend if you are in need of an endodontist Thank you to Dr Fuller and your amazing staff!
