Jason H. Goodchild, DMDreceived his undergraduate degree fromDickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He went on toreceive his dental training at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine (Philadelphia, PA). Heiscurrently the Vice President of Clinical Affairs at Premier Dental Products Company (Plymouth Meeting, PA) involved in developing innovative new products and educating clinicians to improve clinical practice. He is also Associate Clinical Professor inthe Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Creighton University School of Dentistry (Omaha, NE), Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (Philadelphia, PA) and Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (Newark, NJ). Dr. Goodchild maintains a private general dental practice in Havertown, PA.
Dr. Christine Han has been in private practice for nearly a decade. She began her education at Penn State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended dental school at Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Han maintained her commitment to dental education and training by a continuous and rigorous schedule of various Continuing Education programs and courses.
After practicing in Northern Virginia for the last five years, Dr. Han and her family decided to move back to their hometown of Philadelphia. Dr. Han enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and extensive network of friends, and experiencing the many different offerings of the area.
Dr. Han is also committed to serving her community through various dental volunteering organizations. Dr. Han is a participant in the Missions of Mercy program, as well as being a dentist volunteer. Patients enjoy the detailed and open discussions that Dr. Han offers to her patients as they develop a short-term as well as long-term plan for helping each patient maintain their healthy smiles for a lifetime.
Dr. Nakamura is a third generation dentist who was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He attended Iolani High School, and after graduating, he attended the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon where he completed his dental school requirements in 3 years.
Dr. Nakamura continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and received his dental degree in 1994. He pursued postgraduate training in periodontics and periodontal-prosthesis at the University of Pennsylvania. From 1997, Dr. Nakamura worked in the University of Pennsylvania Faculty Network Practice, where he placed and restored dental implants, performed various periodontal procedures, provided fixed and removable prosthetics, and practiced general dentistry.
Dr. Nakamura is dedicated to imparting and applying the knowledge he's accumulated over the years from his postgraduate training and practicing to his patients, contemporary colleagues, as well as potential colleagues of tomorrow. He lectures locally, nationally, and internationally on various topics such as Dental Implants, Periodontics, and Occlusion. Additionally, Dr. Nakamura had articles published in the Hawaii Medical Journal, the Western Journal of Medicine, Penn Dental Journal, Journal of Prosthodontics, and the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Professional Recognition Dr. Nakamura was named Best Dentist in Main Line Today, Philadelphia Magazine, and Be Well Philly by his peers. He has the unique distinction of being recognized as a Top Dentist in the categories of Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and General Dentistry.
Professional Affiliations Dr. Nakamura is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Stomatology, and the Stomatological Club of Philadelphia.

Good service!! I had a very nice experience the first time I attended the dental office. They were all very nice, and very thorough with my exam. If I had any questions, it was explained to me very clearly. I was not rushed at all during my exam. Check in went smoothly....The office was very clean too!

Went for my first appointment today and I love this office! Everyone is very professional and polite. Elina was the person to assist me and she was very informative and very sweet! I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

JDM is a wonderful dental practice. I have been a patient there for twenty five years and have never been unhappy. The staff are top notch professionals, practicing and treating for many years with beaucoup experience. The office is efficient, well run, and extremely tidy/clean. Appointments are easy to schedule particularly during this awful age of COVID-19. All sanitizing and proper protocol is strictly followed and adhered to by both staff and patients. My daughter also uses this practice having been a patient there since she was twenty one, when she was no longer eligible to see a pediatric dentist! I HIGHLY recommend becoming a patient of this top notch team of dentists, hygienists and office administrators!

I won't get into my most painful visit to a dental office ever last week. Unfortunately, this practice has high turnover in dentists, and too many loosely affiliated specialty providers who provide services in the office. This results in regular communication breakdowns and disjointed care. I'm growing more concerned about the parade of specialty dentists and their qualifications and compassion. It's a shame because the location is good and the support staff is great! This place needs a management overhaul with more focus on the patient.

I've never been so comfortable at a dental office my entire life. The best part is, when Jenkintown Dental refers you to an outsider like an Endodontist for a root canal or an Oral Surgeon for an extraction, they're great too! Everyone is extremely friendly and great! Love Dr. Han, but I'm almost 100% positive that everyone's energy is the same across the board. Glad I found this office! Ask me anything about them and I'll be 100% honest, they'll never steer you wrong and are very informative across the board for any and everything. Thank you Jenkintown Dental!!

Dr. Nakamura spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and making sure we were clear about the prognosis and future treatment. We did not feel rushed, or like we were one of many patients. He answered every question thoroughly and with confidence which made us feel more comfortable. Also, while being sure to follow Covid guidelines, the practice allowed the spouse to be present to ask questions and be clear on treatment as well, which can be very important in making key decisions. I was beyond pleased with the care, the office environment, all of the staff, everything. Everyone was very friendly from the initial phone call to make an appointment to the very end. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
