The Jeffrey T. Baker DDS office is conveniently located on the southeast corner of 25 Mile Road and Van Dyke in Shelby Township, MI (across the street from Vince & Joes). We happily serve patients from all over Macomb County and its surrounding areas.
We also offer general, cosmetic, and restorative dental services. Many people are self-conscious about the state of their teeth, but no matter your dental history or the condition of your current smile, we can help you achieve brighter, whiter, healthier teeth through continued dental care.
Throughout his career, he has invested over 300 hours in continuing education in cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. His commitment to excellence, combined with a progressive vision, enables him to provide his patients with the best choice of dental care.
Dr. Baker is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the Macomb Dental Society. Dr. Baker is a fellow in The Pierre Fauchard Academy and The American College of Dentists. He is also former president of the Macomb Dental Society.
Dr. Baker was a recipient of the Michigan Dental Associations New Dental Leadership Award. He has been named one of Hour Detroit magazines Top Dentists several times, as well as one of Styleline Magazines Top Dentists.
Dr. Evan Castile was born and raised in Macomb County, Michigan. He attended Eisenhower High School, then went on to Michigan State University where he received his Bachelors degree in Human Nutrition.

I hate, no DESPISE going to the dentist. Since my old dentist retired, have not found one as good as she was.....until today! This office is simply AMAZING! From the minute you walk in until you leave, you are treated with nothing but patience and kindness. My hygienist, Sue I think was her name, was incredible! Dr. Castile was so honest and kind. Everything is state of the art. There is a reason they are a 5 star dentist, because they truly ARE 5 l. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

My family has been going to Dr. Baker since we moved to this area in 1998 and we wouldn't go anywhere else. From the minute you are greeted in the waiting room to the minute you walk out the door, you're treated like family. The dental care is state of the art, the office is extremely clean, and the staff is beyond professional. I have recommended this office to others and they have thanked me over and over.

My family all see DR. Baker. Who is great, especially with my two young sons. All the staff is very friendly and even though you only see them twice a year (hopefully) they make you feel like family.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hygienist was gentle but got a great cleaning and Dr. Castile was awesome. He explained everything, and even called later in the day to see how I was doing. Highly recommend.
