Dr. Prieto earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. He continued his education, receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. After his graduation, he and his wife relocated to Jacksonville.
Dr. Prieto has served the Jacksonville/Orange Park area for over 23 years. His private practice focuses on family and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Prieto believes it is essential to inform, educate, and listen to each patients individual concerns. He can then, develop a customized and unique treatment plan, catered to each patients desires and needs. Dr. Prieto feels the need to constantly improve his education, in order to remain current with the latest technology and research, thus allowing him to present his patients with the best treatment options. He is a long standing and active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and Clay County Dental Society. He has received numerous awards for outstanding dentistry. He actively supports local charities throughout Jacksonville.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Jeffrey and his staff are always extremely kind and professional they do an amazing job at dental hygiene and answer any possible questions you may have. I have been going here for years and it makes going to the dentist as comfortable as It can be. Thanks again team look forward to my next visit

Wonderful staff, Dr. Prieto is wonderful, he takes time to explain everything. I am not a fan of any dentist, but he makes everything easy. The staff is caring, and always willing to help if you need it.

Dr. Prieto and his staff are amazing. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, hygienists are awesome and Dr Prieto is gentle in mannerism and treatment. They all take time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable and welcome in the practice. I would recommend Dr Prieto to anyone looking for an amazing dentist and staff!

I am one of the most phobic patients do to my sensitivity and I had absolutely NO pain or issues. I usually stay clamped to a dental chair and won't let up on the arm braces. Not so at this wonderfully staffed practice. They made me feel comfortable from the time I called until I was done there today. They make you feel very important and they LISTEN to your concerns. They give you all available options so that you have a choice in your dental care. Thank you to Dr. Prieto, Tina and the rest of the staff. On the fence? Please give them a try. Your mouth and health will thank you.

No one wears a mask here. The dentist, receptionists, techs, no one walking around was wearing a mask. They are kind there but I value my health too much to go back there. I only gave 2 stars because the dentist seemed very knowledgeable and he was nice.

Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional and competent are all adjectives I'd use to describe the service here. I'm in and out in no time, with a thorough yet comfortable cleaning and examination plus good conversation in between. I highly recommend the services of DDS Prieto and staff.

Julianne did my cleaning today and she was great! The whole office environment and other staff members made me feel comfortable too. I always get nervous at the dentist and left my last dentist office because of poor customer service. I'm glad I was referred to this office so I can now feel comfortable and not anxious when I need to see the dentist or get cleanings. It has been forever since I've been to a good dentist. Dr Prieto and his staff exceeded my expectations. He actually cared about if he was making me bleed and putting me in pain or not. I was surprised by his attention to detail and the pride he took in not only fixing my problem but fixing it well. He and his staff we incredibly nice. I was able to get a appointment in a very reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.
