Dr. Lide received his dental degree in 1995 from Baylor College of Dentistry after graduating from The University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelors degree in Biology. In addition, to starting his successful practice from scratch in 1995, he served as an Associate Professor for six years at Baylor College of Dentistry. He has since been serving the community of Richardson, TX and surrounding areas with his expertise, professionalism, and pleasant chair-side manner.
We are accepting new patients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to meet with our team and get to know Dr. Lide. We are committed to educating you about your dental needs and will answer any questions you may have concerning your treatment.
Our team will take comprehensive records and address any concerns or questions you may have. If you have any problems downloading the forms, please contact our office and we will gladly send them to you.
We are in-network for most Dental PPOs. We accept most major dental insurances including, Delta Dental, MetLife, Aetna, Cigna and Guardian, and we will file most claims for you as a courtesy. We will provide you with an explanation of your dental benefits and financial responsibilities up front, and work with you to ensure financing, if needed.
We provide multiple financing options to ensure you can receive the treatments you need with a plan you can afford. We offer an In-Office Discount Plan to help patients with no insurance, limited coverage, or who have reached their benefits limit.
Dr. Lide was born and raised in the great state of Texas and had intentions early on of having a private practice in the Richardson, TX area after obtaining his dental license. He continues to evolve with the cutting edge of dentistry by continuously attending advanced Continuing Education curriculum.
He is certified in Conscious Oral Sedation, which allows his patients to feel relaxed and comfortable during their dental visits. He is also certified in Laser Dentistry which helps assist with the reduction of bacteria by promoting faster healing while decreasing inflammation and discomfort during extensive dental procedures.
Dr. Lide is married and stays very busy with his four children, Mark, Madison, Mason, and Avery. Choosing a career that allows him to be skillful with his hands, was definitely a must for him, and you will soon understand why! In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys painting and being outside in his garage. His hobby of building mini boats from scratch, racing and blowing it up, keeps him young at heart. If it breaks, no worries! Dr. Lide takes it apart, examines and fixes it while making it better in the process. During the COVID pandemic, the aerosol purifier machines were on high demand and lengthy backorder, not a problem for Dr. Lide! He and his brother-in-law, an engineer, built several for all the operatory rooms in the dental office and built many others which have been purchased by other dental and medical professionals!

Dr Lide and his office staff take great care of me. Dr. Lide explained all of the treatment plan options to me and how to be treat my teeth. I had a wonderful exam and cleaning at Dr. Lide's office! Rebecca was my hygienist and she made sure to explain everything she was doing to help ease my anxiety. Dr. Lide was very nice and personable on top of being knowledgeable. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful.

This office is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in Rose greeted me with such enthusiasm. Then I was introduced to Ramon, he was was wonderful , he took all my scans and put me at such ease. After Ramon I met with Rebecca who gave me the most in depth conversation about my oral health that I have ever received, and she answered all the questions that I had and took the time to really explain things to me and even set a plan in motion for some concerns that I had (Rebecca you rock !). Then I got to meet with Dr Lide, who was wonderful and explained where my problem areas were and how he was going to fix it. This was my first time at this office and I felt like I have been going there for years. Thank you Dr. Lide, Rose, Rebecca and Ramon for such a great visit.
