After taking antibiotics to fight off infection and swelling From my wisdom teeth, I scheduled an appointment at doctor Prinsell's office to remove All 4. Paid cash for the operation and received a nice discount. The doctor had done thousands of wisdom tooth extractions, along with his wife and kids. I arrived at 7:30am and was out of the door in a wheelchair by 9:30am everything felt very well practiced, The owners have been working with teeth for 20+ years. I was a little worried at first, but the amount of experience and professionalism made me feel more comfortable. I really liked how they asked me trick questions to see When the no2 was working. Overall I highly recommend them. Theese are great people! Thank you Jeffry R. Princell DMD MD For the extraction. It was truley 100x easier then I thought it would be. Now I can get my invisible aligners and be back to normal.

I've had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Prinsell and his entire team. I was really nervous going in to have 3 molars extracted and everyone there put me at such ease. I received a follow up call from Dr. Prinsell himself to check up same night to see how I was doing! Honestly, I wish he could be my doctor for everything. I highly, highly recommend and had a phenomenal experience.

We had a great experience with Dr Prinsill and his office staff. Dr Prinsill took to whete his surgery would be done it was such a comforting room with stuffed animals included, he explained everything he would be doing. My husband has had some very bad experiences with dentists so he was very apprehensive but from our first visit Dr Prinsill allayed those fears. The surgery went very well.To top it off the Dr called us that night to check on him and go over instructions. Staff was great too.

Dr. Prinsell and his staff were great. Dr. Prinsell explained everything in great detail. Even called after hours to see how I was doing. All of his staff was pleasant and pricing was explained down to every dollar. Staff was not pushy at all. I thought prices were very reasonable but a lot of that is based on insurance types. I would highly recommend Dr. Prinsell and his office to anyone looking for a service he provides.

Gave a detailed explanation about the procedure (wisdom teeth being removed) during the consultation, made sure I understood the way to take the medication after the surgery, and called me later to see how things were going. Price was high, but that should be expected when having complex dental surgery. Overall, outstanding place to go for a surgical dental procedure.

Dr. Prinsell is ABSOLUTELY the most Professional, Polite and Courteous Doctor/Dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being a patient. He and his Very Professional Staff go out of their way to explain everything to you concerning your procedure. I was made to feel so comfortable. He even called me personally about 3 hours after I left his office to check on me and emphasis some of the important information concerning Post Oral Surgery. You have a Patient for life from now on... BiG uPs!

My left side of tung got permanent numb after wisdom teeth removal and I can't feel it from left tung now even after 3 month. It all happened because of Dr Prinsell mistake and left lingual nerve cut.I was the worst experience for me ever.

Appointment was scheduled at 8am. Was told that we'd be there for one hour max. Arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't taken back for X-rays until 40 min later. Was told we'd be taken back within 10 min and out quickly. At 9am I asked when we'd be taken back to a room to see the doctor as we'd been waiting in the lobby the entire time, and they said at least 930. He was in surgery. I asked what time the surgery was and they said 8am. When I asked why my mothers appointment and the surgery were the same time she had no answer. I asked to speak to the manager and of course she wasn't there.

I wouldn't suggest you go here. Surgery was supposed to be at 930.... didnt even go back until 12. It's a horrible business and you can spend your money else where . Dr. Prinsell ONLY GIVES 2 DAYS OFF AFTER SURGERY. No other doctors office does this. My mouth is swollen after 4 wisdom teeth extractions and I'm in pain and can BARELY open my mouth . I'm sure if I was white the doctor would have been more accomodating. Please for your sanity and health please choose another oral surgeon.
