I take my responsibility as a dentist very seriously. While I get great satisfaction from providing my patients with the highest quality of dental care, it is my interactions with them that I enjoy the most. My patients are a diverse group of people with unique personalities and interesting stories to tell, and I will continue to carry these relationships with me for the rest of my years in practice.

My team is an exceptional group, made up of people who truly love their jobs. They care about each individual patient and take the time to make sure their dental experience is the best it can be. There is nothing my staff wont do to make our patients happy!

I attended Walla Walla College for my undergraduate education and completed dental school at Loma Linda University, graduating with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I am committed to continuing my education and enjoy learning about all the new technology modern dentistry has to offer. Because earning my patients trust is one of my top priorities, I have made sure to gain the knowledge and training to put my patients minds at ease. They know that I always have their best interests in mind.

I am a native of Western Washington and currently live in Enumclaw, WA, with my wife, Jane, our son, Caleb, and our daughters, Leah and Beth. When Im not spending time with my family or watching my kids play soccer and ski, I can usually be found on the golf course.

In 2015, my wife and I began serving in a small village in Burkina Faso, Africa. In 2016, we took dental equipment along, and I spent a week providing dental care to the beautiful people in Burkina Faso while Janey started a chapter of Moms in Prayer. We plan to return annually to continue helping the people in Burkina Faso. They welcome your prayers and support.

I have been providing health-based patient education, cleanings, and exams to our patients since 1998, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. Our patients are wonderful, interesting people, and I love the relationships Ive built with them over the years. Dr. Matson is a very caring, gentle dentist whose focus is on prevention and patient comfort. Everyone here loves him! I am very proud to say that I own my own home, and in my free time I enjoy hiking and the great outdoors.

My name is Vantha, and I am a dental hygienist at Dr. Matson's office. My role is to help patients keep a healthy mouth and educated them with all of the latest and best tools and information that helps them maintain optimal oral health. Joining Dr. Matson's team in December 2013, I brought with me over 20 years of experience in the dental field, with more than 10 of those years as a dental hygienist. I also brought along my commitment to providing nothing short of exceptional and attentive patient care! What I love most about the practice is the incredible family atmosphere we have here! After work, I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hanging out at home, and catching up on the latest movies!

Jana received her applied science in dental hygiene degree with honors in 2005. Jana enjoys both the challenges and rewards that come from helping patients stay healthy. She is passionate about dental hygiene and is committed to keeping current on the latest research and best practices. She loves music, enjoys riding her motorcycle(s), and is addicted to travel. Jana adores her hairless cats and she loves spending time with her two nieces. Both Jana and her husband fill a special place in their hearts for giving back by contributing to those with developmental disabilities and they are the legal guardians for a gentleman named Matt. Jana, Casey (her husband) and Matt live in Federal Way with their two hairless cats and pet duck.!

I am a dental assistant with duties that include chairside and lab assisting. I joined Dr. Matson's practice in 2012, and I love our team. We're like a family! I love building relationships with my patients. I also appreciate that Dr. Matson continues to investigate new technology and techniques. I've noticed that he knows all his patients and remembers interesting things about them. I'm passionate about my family, two grand-babies, great friends, water sports, and sunshine! I think that patients feel very relaxed and at home in our practice because we are professional but we do have fun every day.

I have been a dental assistant since 2013 and I love all aspects of dentistry. I enjoy working chairside with Dr. Matson and getting to know all of our patients and helping them to achieve the smiles they deserve.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and our daughter playing outside and showing her the world. Together, we seek new places to adventure in and try to soak in as much family time as we can with our busy lives. Being a mother is truly my biggest blessing! I also enjoy art and crafting in my free time.

I joined the team in 2013 when Della, the beloved manager, retired. I endeavor to support the patients and the staff members. It's terrific to see the family atmosphere here. I work in the front office as a dental claims specialist. I also work with patients in both the front office and clinical area. I enjoy working with people and getting to know them on a more personal level. I want to make everyone feel comfortable so that it is more of a pleasure to come in and visit.
