Trying to call during office hours and phone goes to answering service. In past have not gotten response. Should not have to wait till next day or longer to get reply back.

i don't normally write reviews, but i couldn't not after this experience. i'm deathly afraid of needles, never had an iv and have been dreading getting my wisdom teeth removed for 5 years. in result, my wisdom teeth ruined 2 of my other molers. so now i needed 6 out. after doing lots of research, and stressing myself out for months about the procedure, i decided the iv was gonna be the toughest part for me(i cant express how much i hate needles) i can not thank nurse kelly enough for how nice and sweet and distracting her conversation was. i didn't even shed a tear when she put the iv in, i actually watched a little. kenney came in and asked if i had done anything fun over the past month, and i seriously don't remember anything after that. next thing i know i'm home and in bed. if ur as nervous about getting ur wisdom out like me, this place is awesome and the staff, especially kelly we're phenomenal<3

I cannot say enough amazing things about dr. Kenney and all of his amazing staff! I had to have my top wisdom teeth extracted and was dreading it because my last experience with a different surgeon out of state was super traumatic. Dr. Kenney was super understanding, he explained everything and went over my X-rays and made me feel 100% comfortable going through with this procedure. He also answered all of my questions in a super polite way. The day of surgery the front desk staff as well as the nurses were amazing especially nurse Kelly. The surgery went super quick and smooth with minimal pain. If you need dental work this office is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I went in for a consultation and ended up getting work done. As an adult I have had bad experiences. I tell people that "when it comes to doctors and dentists I've hit a few, bit a Few". Everyone was so nice from the time I walked in the door until I left. Highly recommend his practice. Very compassionate group of people.

My visit to Dr. Kenney's office for a simple consultation was quite frustrating. My daughters appt was scheduled for 1pm. We showed up at approximately 1230 pm. Filled out the required paperwork and was told they would most likely bring us back immediately. Around 130 pm, we were told they were experiencing some complications with some Surgeries, and it would be a little longer. Around 2pm, we were taken to the back. The nurse/ assistant was pleasant and thorough when asking about patient history. She then left and said the Dr would be with us soon. While we were waiting, I began noticing signs of an aging office. No biggie by itself, ripped arm rests on the patient chair, rust on the bolts holding the exam tray to the swivel arm, rust on the x-ray swivel arm. I then noticed what seemed to be vials of numbing agent sitting on an open shelf in plain view and easily accessible to anyone. At approximately 240pm (2 hours after arriving for a 1pm appt) and still not having seen the Dr., we gather our belongings, and tell the staff that we are leaving. They proceeded to tell me that our appointment was for 315pm, when I had confirmed that the appt was for 1pm. We never met the Dr, he may be a great guy, but all things added up, the disrespect of our time, the aging and rusted equipment, the vials in the open, we decided this was not the facility we wanted to have a surgical procedure done on our daughter.

Dr. Kenney is friendly and a great oral surgeon. The staff are great and very kind too.

Called 2 times, hung up on each time when relay announced a deaf/hh person was calling. The 3rd time, she says they are "really super busy right now and this call will take a while" - meaning "this" call with the relay is going to take a while. Told the receptionist that I am no longer interested in this office based on how they treat calls like this. Proceeds to tell me that "office manager will reach out to me on Monday" and hangs up. How is the office manager going to reach out when you don't have my number. SMH. I would have been fine with it if she had said "may I place you on hold for a moment, please?" and left it at that!!!! Just like other companies do.

PATIENTS BEWARE! Don't trust this dental office, this is a shady business practice! They told me at a consultation that my implant procedure will be covered by the insurance and that I'd only be responsible for $600. After the procedure was done I received a bill in the mail stating that I owed another $1,300. When I called the office they said they haven't even sent a pre-approval request because they only do it when the patient verbally ask them to do it. They already knew the procedure wouldn't be covered by the insurance, due to the fact that the tooth extraction happened before my coverage started, but they lied to me to make sure that I get the implant done so that I have no option later other than pay them the balance... I am very disappointed that they didn't give me all the information I needed to make a sound decision. Now I'm stuck with a $1,300 bill right before Christmas, like money grows on trees... Obviously I will cancel my follow up appointment with Dr. Kenney and will NEVER come back again!

I came in this morning to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed, I was SO nervous but this staff is AMAZING. I cannot believe anyone could genuinely write a bad review about this place. All the ladies are so kind and made me feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed, as did Dr Kenney himself. the part I was scared most about was falling asleep and I did mid talking to the nurses! i think everyone worries sometimes about having a medical staff that won't care, but if you're reading this please know they do, again they are amazing. even in days leading up, all the paperwork and phone calls went very well. thank you everyone again for making a positive impact on me!

I had a amazing experience with them! The staff was very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable by talking to me and playing music. They even followed up and called me after I left. I highly recommend for all your oral needs and getting your wisdom teeth pulled!

One of the best dental experiences I've had. I have the worst dental anxiety! I was a hot mess this morning and Dr. Kenney and his staff did an amazing job making me comfortable for my wisdom teeth removal. Every assistant was great but Nicole went above and beyond for me. She gave me my IV and nitrous. I've never had any surgery done before in my life. She walked me through everything, held my hand and rubbed my forehead to keep my nerves down. Made sure to see me before I left and even called me a few hours after I left. She was amazing, I can't thank her enough. I asked if I could keep my teeth and now cause of Covid that's not allowed but my other assistants made a point to take a picture of my teeth on my phone for me!! (I'm weird I know) they didn't have to do any of these things for me but they did. They took time out of their busy day to help me, check up on me and to take a picture for me. Lol Thank you Dr. Kenney and your amazing staff for such a personal experience.

I needed to get all four of my wisdom teeth pulled, Dr. Kenney and his nursing staff was amazing! Ms.Kelly, Ms.Kat, and another amazing nurse helped me get comfortable and situated in the operating room! Operation went perfect and smoothly. 10/10 would recommend!
