This is my second time visiting this office. Denia, started off my morning call with extreme kindness, care, efficiency and follow through. I was in so much pain when I came in and the staff remained supportive even though they see patients always in pain they were not desensitized. Then I met Dr. Waters for the first time! Oh my goodness he was so good and patient I wish he was a primary physician his bedside manner is so professional yet personable. Shout out to his assistant/tech for my encounter she provided the encouragement I needed throughout the visit. I had Dr. Griswold a couple of years ago, he too is an example of customer service that excels. There is nothing pleasant about the services they offer, but they help you bare the pain!

Showed heavy discrimination and would not allow me to get treatment even though I was in a lot of pain and had already been waiting months. They did not give any reason as to why they would give me treatment other than saying that they don't have to tell me why.

I had a root canal for the first time, I've always avoided having one and I was extremely nervous about it. Dr. Waters and his staff were very friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. The procedure went very smooth and I had minimal pain later that evening, over the counter pain medicine relieved the pain and I have had no pain at all since that first night. Dr. Waters is really good at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a root canal. You will not regret it.

Dr. Water and his assistant was so professional and kind. I had a nasty fall and damaged by front teeth. I went to the office in great pain. They were so gentle and kind. I recommend Dr. Water 100%. Icould make him my general

I was diagnosed as needing a root canal, and selected Dr. Waters because of the positive reviews seen online. Let me tell you, he and his office didn't disappoint!! Some of the great things include, online patient registration, beautiful and well put together office space, friendly and professional staff, and a doctor with a good since of humor. They discussed various treatment options with me and their reasons for their recommendations. Even though they were experiencing problems with their phone systems the day after my procedure, Brad called from his personal cell phone to check on me. I highly recommend Dr. Waters and his office if you are in need of an Endodontist.

If you want the most comfortable and compassionate dental experience while you are in pain, this is the place to go. They use state of the art technology to make your experience and treatment amazing.I highly recommend this office to all of my patients.

Dr. Waters and his team are wonderful and made my root canal easy-peasy!! I work for a general dentist and while our doctors do SOME root canals, they still think the complicated ones need to be done by an endodontist. Of course, after never having so much as a filling, I needed a root canal, and it was a complicated one! I was a little nervous beforehand. The office I work in is all about patient comfort and gentle procedures and this is what I'm looking for in a specialist also. Dr. Waters definitely delivers the same experience! Dr. Waters continually checked with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. You can opt for flavored laughing gas for a small fee which is awesome! I used bubble gum -yummy! I was also in and out pretty quickly at both visits, which is great as I know from experience sometimes this is not the case if seeing a general dentist for a root canal! TLDR: If you need to see an endodontist Dr. Waters is your guy!

Dr. Waters is great. I had my root canal done at this office. He is very knowledgable and professional. He explained the procedure, gave me expert advice regarding two other teeth. His office always calls back and checks on you. I wish he would be my dentist. He is really awesome.

I had a procedure 12 years ago and was so painful that I was freaking out when my dentist said I needed a root canal (on another tooth), well to my surprise Dr. Waters work was simply MAGNIFICENT, totally high tech equipment, relaxed environment, suited my anxiety and it was pain FREE, during the procedure and after, I recommed him 1000%. There was no need to use my pain medication prescribed afterwards.

I had a root canal done at this office. Dr. Waters and his staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Waters takes time to explain the procedure and ensures you are comfortable. I had NO PAIN. I couldn't even feel the needle Dr. Waters used to numb me. He is extremely gentle and very pleasant. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I am a general dentist and saw Dr Waters for a root canal. What a wonderful experience! From the painless injection to the painless root canal. Office is immaculately clean and very comfortable and the staff is efficient and friendly. I will not hesitate to refer to him or go back in the future, if necessary.

I had to get a root canal (never had one before) with major anxiety plus I was 6 months pregnant. I was SO nervous. (crying nervous) It was a GREAT experience! Dr. Waters made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure and asked multiple times about my pain (I had none). He explained how some things were different because it would be safer for "baby". I love that he had my unborn child in mind. The office staff was stellar as well! They knew what they were doing and could even answer questions about the procedure over the phone. Best office staff I've ever encountered within a doctor's setting. I would recommend Dr. Waters to EVERYONE.
