Dr Ching has been my dentist for around 20 years. He is excellent!! Dr Ching is empathetic to whatever is concerning you regarding your teeth and the whole mouth area. He stays current in his methods, and he has a "can do" attitude toward what can be accomplished regarding your care. He has developed a well-trained staff who are also friendly and sensitive to your needs. I highly recommend him.

Clean and welcoming office with a great staff! That day I had a cleaning with Kim which was lovely,she was gentle and thorough. Asking my feelings all the time to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Ching always sees me on time and with a big smile ;-). I can't wait to see them in 2018!

I've been seeing Dr. Ching for years but last year I started having pain on an upper left molar and it prevented me from chewing on the left side for months. I broke down and visited him and told him my problems. He immediately found the problem and recommended a crown. On that initial visit the procedure was quick and painless and I received a temporary crown. Then I went back a month later for my permanent crown. Everything went smoothly and was entirely painless. Fast forward 2 months and I'm happy to say I can happily chew using both sides of my mouth with no more pain. Dr. Ching is gentle and painless.

I recently had an experience where a different dentist said I needed $1500 worth of work. A co worker of mine recommended Dr. Jeff for a second opinion. I LOVED how he assessed my mouth and educated me about what was happening. He never pushed anything, he helped me create a plan to get the necessary things done first, and he accommodated my schedule. I told him I might be losing my insurance soon, so he worked with me to get me in on his schedule before I lost the insurance. After comparing prices with my old dentist in Los Gatos, Dr. Jeff was much more reasonable. I most appreciate his willingness to accommodate my schedule on multiple occupancies, and how he didn't push me to get expensive unnecessary things done. I also had invisigline in the past, and the doctor never got all the residue off. Dr. Jeff went over and beyond to take care of what the other doctor didn't do. I'm a fan!

For someone who really does not like going to dentists, Jeff makes it so painless, that I actually don't mind going. That says a lot!!!
