I had an appointment set for 1PM I arrived at 12:30. Drove all the way from Dunkirk NY. Sat there for 4 hours only to get nothing done. Told me I had to wait for approval for Medicaid. I received the letter saying I was approved when I called they still told me I had to wait. This is beyond poor service and customer service. I urge you to stay away

Terrible!!!! Wouldn't help or work with me, I've waited three months for my appointment in 2 days just to be informed I have a balance from 2014 that I can't pay in full at this time and that I won't been seen. Would have not waited this long in pain and when I could have had helped and be seen.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Amazing dentist, he really knows his trade and it shows. Keeps you calm and talks to you thru process. Absolutely phenomenal business and people from start to finish.

Dr menoff is great always understanding the wait time sometimes is long but it's worth the wait I've had at least 5 teeth removed and will only come here

I had all my teeth pulled here and Dr menoff was wonderful and talked to me thru the whole thing to make sure I was OK. And I didn't wait no more than 10 mins to go in for my appt and went right I to the room and the staff was all nice also I would Def recommend!

Gf had a tooth extraction and he was very quick and painless:) highly recommend him.

You either get very nice understanding or terribly inconsiderate and rude.. and the wait time is.. well expect to wait about an hr every time you are here to even be seen

Kind and Compassionate - those are the two words that I would use to describe the treatment given to my elderly mother by Dr. Menoff and his staff. She was very nervous and gets easily confused but they took the time and effort to make sure she was comfortable. Thank you!

Dr Menoff lacks bed side manor. He has no compassion. Worst experience I've had during a medical procedure.

Went to Dr menoff to have my teeth pulled and dentures made. Well I couodnt be happier with the finished product feel like my own teeth!!!
