Dr Vicky Nguyen, D.D.S, M.S is wonderful! She explained everything, made me comfortable as possible and worked quickly to relieve me of my tooth pain. The dental assistant and office staff are also caring and professional. I highly recommend them!

I don't really know how many root canals I have done. But I do know that what I experience in the 70's and 80's was a complete opposite from Dr Krupp. It was easiest I've ever experienced.

Great treatment. Dr. Krupp is excellent. Staff was very attentive and made me very comfortable. Experienced no pain during the procedure and post procedure required only two Tylenol. Dr. Krupp explained the procedure and was willing to spend a few minutes talking about the x-rays and the problem.

Dr Krupp is very knowledgeable and has a good bed side manner. His prices are competitive for the area. I have a tooth with a crown that has been hurting for 1,5 years but no dentist could pinpoint the problem. With the help of Dr, Krupps expertise and state of the art equipment he found the problem with a possible solution. Thank you Dr. Krupp.

Wanted an exam for a possible gum infection and called smiles dental. Without being seen by an actual the dentist the receptionist took it upon herself to diagnose me over the phone and 20 minutes later Dr. Krupps office called me to schedule an appointment for the same day. I get to the office and they have me fill out all paperwork then call me in. At no time was I told they only do root canals there. As soon as I got in the chair an asian woman started being very pushy about x-rays and all these other tests like a dental scan etc. I politely declined the scan. Dr. Krupp comes in and asks me about my case. I explain about how it's my gums not my teeth. He demands I have a dental scan ($250 insurance doesn't cover) which I politely decline. After I said no to the scan he said "if you won't have the scan I can't tell you what's wrong" I asked him if he was a real dentist. He said yes, then I asked what he would do before the scan tech existed. He said " well I guess I'd look at it". Within 2 seconds of opening my mouth he said "oh no, you don't need a root canal. We're going to send you to our oral surgeon to have your wisdom tooth pulled". I'm 40 and have had constant dental care my whole life with 2 dentist. Never once have my wisdom teeth been an issue. I was there for approximately 20 minutes they charged $218 for nothing then sent me across the street with a piece of paper that said please extract tooth 1. Kind of in shock I went and made the appointment for the following day with the oral surgeon. I thought about this whole scenario over the rest of the day. Not convinced of tooth extraction I went somewhere else for another opinion. Turns out it was a gum infection. 5 days of penicillin and I'm right as rain. Dr. Krupps practice seemed disorganized and much like a money grab. If I hadn't gone for a second opinion they would have ripped a toothe out of my head that didn't need it. This would have also reversed the 4 years I had braces as a teen. Avoid this dental practice at all costs. They are not kind or courteous. They don't care about the patients. They are about running every test they can for all the money they can get. I have been very diligent about spending the word on these people. I hope this review saves someone else the time and pain I went through.

I was so lucky to find Dr. Krupp. I have a little fear of the dentist, but the experience with the whole staff gave me such peace of mind, that I didn't panic at all. They treat their patients with so much respect and explain everything in detail, every step of the way.

I have now had two root canals with Dr. Krupp, the latest one just last week. He is extremely professional explaining each step along the way and most importantly his work is top notch. Zero pain during the procedure and minimal if any discomfort the following days, easily taken care of with a few Advil. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a root canal.

Dr. Krupp is an excellent endodontist, the treatment is completely painless, and their office has state-of-the-art examination equipment that can help with the real source of the problem, such as CT scans...I'm very, very satisfied.

I had to have an emergency root canal, out of the 4 specialists my dentist uses, Dr. Krupp was the only one able to see me that very day.It was a known fact I needed a root canal, what was not known was what was causing it. X-rays couldn't find a source. He wanted to find out what was going on, the 'why' behind the 'need'. He did a 3-d x-ray and hidden deep was a pool of infection that had gone a good long while undetected. Normal x-rays never saw it. The process he used to clean it all out was amazing. I have had 2 other root canals and this was by far the best at addressing the whole area. If I even need another one, I will definitely use Dr. Krupp's services. Also his staff was awesome.

Dr Krupp is by far the best Dr I have ever seen as a patent. I've had shoulder, knee, hand surgery 2x, seen multiple Dentists but he is different in many ways: 1-state of the art best equipment second to none. 2-his personality is so great he makes procedures effortless. 3-his staff is A+ always explains exactly what's going to happen. 4-during procedures no one likes getting shots! Dr. Krupp did them with the least amount of pain using a numbness product first that worked immediately. 5-he used a unique machine to help bleach/clean out a major infection I had. 6-easily prescribed medications to help me . 7- followed up personally even on a weekend! No one does this ever! He also has a tremendous sense of humor to help a patient relax and smile! I also like the bridge product he used to keep mouth open less strain than other Dentists etc. I love Dr Krupp would highly recommend him for your Dentist needs!
