DR ARI COHEN wants you to know that the digital age of dentistry is going to be much more patient friendly experience. Using a digital 3D intra-oral scanner allows for the flow of treatment and communication with outside labs to be much quicker and more efficient. Cohen Dentistry now uses digital scanning to create 3D printed models, dentures and crowns in the most durable, cosmetic and safe materials.
Dr. Ari received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY at Buffalo and then went on to complete a General Practice Residency with a large focus in oral surgery at the New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. He is licensed to practice dentistry in both Israel and New York State.
Dr. Ari has completed hundreds of hours of CE credits in topics such as implant dentistry, craniofacial sleep medicine, facial aesthetic treatments and restorative dentistry. His undergraduate degree from Fordham University was completed with a major in visual arts and a minor in Spanish, both of which he brings to his practice. His deep understanding of aesthetics aides in dentofacial procedures and techniques. Dr. Ari is fluent in both Spanish and Hebrew and he would like to speak more languages. Hobbies include CROSSFIT training, art and fashion, bicycling and travel.
DR. JEFFREY COHEN has been practicing dentistry for over 40 years and he takes that clinical expertise with him to the patients benefit. Dr. Jeffrey received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY at Buffalo and then relocated to Sullivan County, New York where he has practiced ever since. He is a member of many dental associations and he has completed thousands of hours of continuing education courses to continually better himself to provide the best possible treatment for his patients. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthodontics, the New York State Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Implantology.
Dr. Jeffrey has prolific experience in the areas of implant dentistry, orthodontics and restorative dentistry. He likes to consider himself a one stop for all your dental needs and wants you to feel comfortable during and after your dental treatments. His approach to total oral reconstruction is to see the larger picture and offer a solution and treatment plan that satisfies the cosmetic and functional needs in the most predictable way. Dr. Jeffrey is often referred to as a master at his craft. His hobbies include collecting art and antiques, landscaping and playing around on his tractor.
CAROL CULVER, RDH has been in dental hygiene for over 20 years and has a special way at making the patients relax and treat them in the most gentle way possible. Ms. Carol studied dental hygiene in Long Island before moving to Upstate New York so that she could be able to ride her horses more often or be at the stables.
Carol continues to take CE credits to keep current on the most up to date information and treatment regarding your gum and teeth health. As a hygienist Carol is the first step in early detection of periodontal disease, bone loss and tooth decay buy taking check up xrays and performing a thorough intra-oral dental and soft tissue exam.

So...I have never seen a dentist such as Dr. Ari Cohen and his team put so much time into helping my 94 year old Dad literally get his life back! Dr. Ari spent hours fixing what was broken without subjecting him to all new procedures just so he could be more comfortable and so he could eat properly again..We are all so appreciative of Cohen Dental..Thank you...

I have been a patient of Dr Jeffrey Collins for over 40 years. My daughter and grandson were also patients of his in the past. I have referred many friends to Dr Cohen and his associates for being very professional, compassionate and work in the best interest of their patients. The addition Dr Ari Cohen, (Jeffreys son) has proven himself to be of excellent professionalism and compassion as well as the rest of the team. I guess you can say the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree! That's it now

I have been going to Dr. Jeffrey and Dr. Ari's practice for almost 10 years. More recently I took my Dad there for something a little more complicated and I took my 2.5 year old son there for his first cleaning and exam. Everyone is amazing in this office! Literally every member of the team is friendly, kind and helpful. My father was afraid of dentists after an experience years ago and Dr. Ari is now one of his favorite people! He said he wished he could be his regular doctor! I personally appreciate their honestly when getting work done, their gentle touch and caring bedside manner. I would never go anywhere else for my dental work.

My least favorite place to go is the Dentist. That is no longer the case. The sfaff here really cares about you, your comfort level and your overall wellness. Wether its a cleaning, or a filling I know I can handle it now Thanks to Dr.Cohen and everyone involved!

Lovely and kind staff. The dental hygienist took care of my teeth and worried a lot about my comfort while she worked. The dentist and hygienist both met with me and discussed a course of action that was well planned and thoughtful that seemed to focus on my mental and physical health. Everyone has fears about going to doctor's or dentists, but this place puts those fears to rest with their kind and caring environment that puts the patients at the center. The kindness and care shown is in every facet of the staff, from the front desk to the back rooms. Never have I ever felt as cared for in a dental office like this. Needless to say I will be back for all my dental needs .

Dr. Ari Cohen is amazing! I'm new to the area & was referred to Jeffrey Cohen & Associates. I'm in my 60s & have had major dental work over years. I needed a new partial. Dr. Ari & the staff put you at ease the moment you enter the office. He explains the procedure & his recommendations. He uses new technology so you spend less time in the chair, as well as, less time waiting for the new partial. My new partial fits well & looks fantastic! Seriously I couldn't stop smiling when he put it in. I was so happy I just had to hug him ! If you want to feel at ease & receive professional dental care this is where you need to go!
