Jeffery invalidated my own advocacy for my health and he has no obvious desire to educate himself on hypermobility disorders. One clear example is my discovery of a gum-line cavity, which has since been validated by more competent, empathetic professionals, but excused and ignored by Dr. West. He makes sure he gets his money, though, for service that is not complete. I recommend against trusting his evaluations, especially if you are disabled. He doesn't care :-)

Dr. West and staff friendly and warm. Going to a dentist can sometimes make you feel a little anxious but they make you feel comfortable and at ease and that you are special. Dr. West is an excellent dentist and you always feel confident in whatever dental procedures he will have to perform. If you are looking for a great dentist and a great atmosphere this the place to go.

Very thorough cleaning. Great office and staff. Not the kind of dentist who is going to recommend overly aggressive or unnecessary treatment. Really easy to get in contact with.

Dr. West and his staff are amazing!!! Kind, patient, skilled, and honest!! My husband, brother and dad have been going to him for years and have been so pleased and thankful to have him as our dentist.

Dr. West was very understanding and accommodating during my visits. Like most people, the dentist is not my favorite place and I would even go as far as to say it is my biggest fear. Dr. West and his staff were very understanding and went out of their way to make me comfortable and walked me through everything while taking my fear into account. In the past, I have had dentists discount this fear and with Dr. West this was far from the case. I can not recommend them highly enough and will absolutely share this experience with friends and family members.

I am VERY happy with my dental care with Dr. West. I highly recommend him to all of my friends. I have not always loved going to previous dentists, but I look forward to my appointments with Dr. West. He is smart, friendly, painless and most importantly---very reasonable treatment plans. He is always on time and Anita is so friendly and helpful. Thank you, for getting me over my fear of the dentist.

Years ago he was my dentist when I lived in the area. I always enjoyed going there and I was extremely pleased every time I left.

He is such a kind person. I first went to his office around two years ago. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was sixteen and was terrified. He is very easy going and is very straight shooting. He doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures. His staff is caring and the office and waiting room are clean, welcoming and nice.

I've been a patient of Dr West for about 10 years! He's one of the best examples of a medical professional I can imagine. Both he and his assistant Anita are friendly, dedicated, patient and professional. I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone.
