Carmen L. Ayala, Office ManagerCarmen was born in Chicago, however raised is San Antonio since the early age of 1. In 2014 she joined Dr. Nanos as a Registered Dental Assistant and slowly made the transition to Front Desk and now Office Manager. Carmen Enjoys spending time with her Husband and Fur-babies. She also loves to travel and spend time outdoors.

Originally from the valley, she joined our practice in 2018 and has worked in dentistry for over 30 yrs. You will always catch Carmen with a smile on her face and loves to ensure all our patient have a great experience. Outside of work Carmen enjoys spending time with her 3 children.
Magi Alamilla, RDHMagi joined Dr. Nanos practice in 2013. She graduated from Del Mar College - School of Dental Hygiene in 1984 and truly loves what she does. When she is not educating patients on their oral health, Magi enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 6 grand children. She also loves to travel and do missionary work.

My first time visiting and I couldn't be more pleased. My hygienist Melanie was very gentle and took her time. They made sure all my questions were answered.

First time customer and WOW. Amazing staff so helpful and friendly. I had issues with my insurance and Carmen went above and beyond on helping me getting it taken care of. 5/3/21 I came in for an appointment and Dr. Nanos is great ! I got ex rays done and he took time to explain to me what exactly I was looking at.If I could rate more than a 5 star I would.

Was my first time here and I had a great experience. I came in for a second opinion and definitely recommend, Dr nanos actually wants what's best for you and not just trying to make a quota. The staff is just absolutely lovely and friendly. So if your looking for a new dentist or second opinion definitely come here!!

Love our dentist ! Very informative and patient, his assistant is amazing and adds the sunshine to the back that is much needed with dental anxiety. The office women are top notch, actually give that personal back in the day bed side manner that doesn't exist anymore... In the waiting room I actually heard her offering to give a patient a ride who couldn't get to the office. [A]++++ Other patients are so nice with great stories and today I enjoyed warm hot mint tea with honey from their complimentary Keurig...

Great Denist option in San Antonio, Sadly won't ever be returning back due to moving out of state but wish them the best and happy with how they took care of me. Only negative at all that I recall was they are busy but book very well, I do recall them calling you if they have something open up quicker.

Referred me to a specialist who didn't take my insurance, and didn't have an alternative for me to use when I brought it to their attention. Office staff was nonchalant about my paying out of pocket for care when we spend good money on quality insurance. Won't be going back.

Dr. Jeffrey Nanos is an amazing dentist. My husband and I are his patients for more than five (5) years and we always come back to him. He spends time with his patients and make sure that you will have a great smile every time you walk out his office. His staff are great, they are very professional and friendly. If only I can give them 10 stars, I will. I will highly recommend Dr. Nanos. He is the best dentist in San Antonio.

Best dentist in San Antonio. I used to hate going to the dentist, but not anymore. I have been going to see Dr Nano's and his great staff for over 5 years and they are the best. I now go every four months. Professional and fun. Recommend to everyone!

very personable office, Dr. Nanos has a friendly "bedside" manner. I am my family have been seeing Dr. Nanos for all our dental needs for over 13 years. He is the only dentist my teenage son has ever had. If family-friendly is important to you, this is the place to go.
