For over 30 years, our practice has served the dental needs of Sidney-Shelby County and the surrounding community. We live and work in the community we call home. We love Sidney and take pride in giving back.
We are dedicated to educating the public about oral health care, which is why we participate in health fairs every year. We bring oral health care products and perform free oral health care screenings. We also educate about TMJ, sleep apnea and sleep appliances to eliminate snoring. Because good dental habits start at an early age, our hygienists give presentations at local preschools whenever invited to teach children how to care for their teeth. Dr. Van Treese is also a proud supporter of the Give Kids a Smile program, sponsored by the American Dental Association. This program helps give children free dental cleanings and restorations. He has chaired this program in Shelby County for the last 15 years. Dr. Van Treese is very active in his church. In 2008, he ventured to Haiti for a mission trip. Although the trip was not dental focused, he made sure to bring some fluoride along to give treatments to local children. Additionally, Dr. Van Treese regularly volunteers at Compassionate Care in Sidney, which gives free dental services to families in need. Serving and giving back to our community is a part of who we are and what makes our practice unique. We are proud members of the Sidney-Shelby county community and are happy to help in local events.

Nobody likes to go to the dentists but if you go this is the place to go everyone there is very professional and at the same time fun to talk to they work with you if you have to reschedule I won't go anywhere else.

I am always greeted warmly, when I arrive. I am never kept waiting, only briefly. My hygienist is wonderful, and beautiful I might add. She is gentle & I always feel comfortable in her presence. Check out is quick and fun. We always joke a little and share bits of news. I have been a patient for several years, and don't plan on going anyplace else. Thanks to all, Ada

I love comming to Dr van trees and his staff been my dentist now for 3 years always friendly and kind usually can get me in right away with what big need done since I have such a buzzy schedule only place I trust you won't be disappointed if you go see them

Great access, as a new patient with a "tooth" emergency - I was in within a few hours of a call. Everyone was so good at explaining what they were going to do next and what they were looking for! I'll be back in a few days for a routine cleaning. Look forward to seeing them again!

My husband and I have gone to Dr. VanTreese for years. We took our three-year-old son for his first visit to the dentist and only expected to have him sit in the chair and have his teeth counted due to fear. Miss Janell is amazing! She is so good with children and had our son so comfortable and not scared at all. She could do an entire check up with a full cleaning. Dr. VanTreese also was patient and made our son feel very comfortable being at the dentist's office. Our son is excited to go back to see his "friends" here again! We highly recommend this practice!

I have been going here since I was a kid. Never once had a bad experience: my experience has be so good in fact that since Moving to Nevada I still plan on coming here for my dental work since I still have family in the area.

When I called in with a broke tooth they got me right in and the doctor and staff were Fantastic! I have another appt in a week to get established and have a treatment plan drawn up.. Looking forward to going back!

I highly recommend Dr. Van Treese . Once again, he has helped me out on short notice. He explained every step of the procedure and he made the process as pain free as possible. Everyone who helped me was courteous and friendly. I am happy that I chose Dr. Van Treese and his team for my dental care.
