The Dr. and all the staff were very friendly and very informative. They each took the time with me to listen to my concerns. Will be returning for all of my oral mouth needs and wants.

Every person in that office was so respectful and caring. I can't remember the ladies name at front desk but they were amazing and quick the young homeboy with the glasses was cool as a fan and really did keep tabs on me and made sure I was always comfortable I came n with a toothache and he made sure I was squared away before I left the building the other guy who looked at my teeth was laid back too I would honestly recommend going to the west worth location there all good people

You are welcome to choose this location if you like. They do a good job on their service. *However*, KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS and match them against your insurance documents. Fortunately, my wife keeps every reciept. We have found multiple instances where they have sent bills for items already paid for by insurance, or, out of pocket at time of service. Now their billing office # will not answer or return calls. Beware *Update, 1 week after original*- now to 1 star. The billing office is finally calling back, but, they keep hanging up when they find out that i have insurance paperwork in front of me to dispute their charges.

Wife had an appointment she took off work to make but when we got to the office, they were closed! No phone call to tell us they would be closed or anything! Then my wife calls the care center and she's told the'yre in training. This is so unprofessional

Everyone I encountered there was so nice and the receptionist was absolutely helpful. She gave me all of my options concerning payments for my treatment plan and the dentist was comforting and gentle. This is now my new dental home

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star is because I had to give a star in order to leave a review. I been waiting 2 weeks for my Prior authorization, whoever the office manager is Marisa or some. Mailed it in instead of faxing it in. It will take months for a prior authorization to get looked at going through the mail. I barely can talk to someone at the clinic, not one time have she offered to called my insurance and see if they have received it, she didn't follow up with either. I called my insurance myself, and they have not received an authorization. I know most clinics I have ever went to, always follow up with the insurance. I don't think she knows her job too well. The Dr and other staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of their jobs. I give them 5 stars but because whoever they have at the front desk do not try to help patient with their insurance.

Great place! Everyone is so friendly. Elizabeth was so sweet and caring. The clinic is neatly kept and clean. Maritza was a big help and is very knowledgeable in her field. She was able to keep communication and kept me informed on my visit and followed up after on future visits. Highly recommend 10/10 would be back again!

I changed offices from the Hurst office to this office. I am so glad I did! The staff here were so amazing and polite. They kept me informed on what was done or needed to be done for my children. I was also amazed with how great they were with my children.

I have a lot of dental anxiety. Like, so much. I was putting off coming to the dentist and I took a chance on this location -- and it paid off. Maritza is a doll and she took such great care of me, and Dr. Saiyeed made sure I was in absolutely no pain. Overall it made the experience 10x less scary than I was expecting!

Waste of time I spoke with them 3 hours before my appointment an two times before this day said I was pregnant everything was fine as I've had pain with my teeth for weeks now get here an now they won't see me without my ob release which was never said the past 3 times I've talked to them over the phone.
