My husband went there and was told his insurance was active but come to find out it was not, yes it is the patients responsibility to know there benefits but it also the front office insurance verification. if there was an issue he should have been notified prior to services rendered. He had a deep cleaning and we are now stuck with a bill. I feel like there is some incompetence and possible theft with in the office . Services being written off or billed incorrect. Beware of the front office duties get copies of everything..

Best group of ladies! My visit was so warming and filled with care and smiles and laughter. I was treated with lots of care and professional work. Will not return. 2 hours just for a cleaning. Then when they finally cleaned my teeth I get home and look the hard to clean areas around the gum line was not cleaned efficiently.

My appointment was at 10am and i arrived early the staff was nice but I got in the back and they made me sit and wait for 4hrs until someone was able to help me once someone helped me they gave me information that they could have before those 4hrs very disappointing and a big waste of time.

I have been having issues with them since 1/2022 Do no recommended. Unprofessional, no one ever knows what is going on, everytime I would go back for a follow up, you would think there are notes in the file. I understand I may need to give you a brief breakdown but literally every time no one knew nothing. I would set an appointment then be called later to have them make me cancel or reschedule. Now I'm dealing with trying to get. A refund because per my insurance carrier they OVER CHARGED ME BY 2300$ -- and no luck getting a hold of any one. I've sent emails, left vms. The office manager was no help she told me she had corporate # but could not give it to me. Then just said to write a Bad review and make noise to get some one's attention. do no recommend at all

DONT COME HERE DR.SEDEKI DOSENT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING AND WILL SEND U IN PAIN TO DR.DESAI 5 CITIES OVER TO FINISH THE JOB IN IRVING TX AND HE ISN'T VERY GOOD EITHER!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM ON A CROWN JOB!!!! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE CHILDREN THAT SUFFER FROM THE TERRIBLE DENTAL WORK!! TRUST ME FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!

My first time at this location. I was happy to have been able to get a Saturday appointment. The staff was very nice. Dr. Siddiqui was great she walked me through everything that was going to be done. I reccomend this office to those needing dental work. And Martiza was very helpful with my consultation.
