I don't like being in the chair for 2 1/2 and 3 hours. I have a bad back. Shouldn't punish folks. Not good and when it's deliberately done that is not good. Should be more aware and alert of time. Also you should ALWAYS talk to the patient regarding any and all procedures. Discuss money. What kind of business doesn't???

Daisy dental asst. and Doctor Kassem energy were off the charts! Daisy talking to me made me so comfortable. I was having doubts in the lobby as anyone work but to have someone come and continue to check on you continuously was beyond my experience I would like to say we need more like her. thanks rb

I took my elderly mother to this location to get a routine cleaning and to trim down a crown that she had gotten put in by them previously, but was too big and causing pain. After the cleaning the hygienist walked my mother out and they didn't trim the crown. They also failed to mention my mother had a rotting tooth. After taking her to the emergency room twice because she was in pain and her eye swollen shut, we found out she needed it removed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Very rude and lied and said it was against the law to prescribe a antibiotic for a tooth that was clearly infected. They insisted I pay $315 for a tooth extraction. I will never to to office on Spencer Highway again.

This was my first visit ever to this Dentals office. The customer service wasn't what I expected. They actually attempted to give me my care plan in the waiting area! I had to mention HIPAA to get them to allow me to go into the exam room with my child. I sure hope they don't treat every new patient this way, that's disappointing. I hope this allows them some patient insight in order to improve the quality of patient care and customer service.
