Came in after 2 years without seeing a dentist (COVID) and no judgment! My dental hygienist stayed late just to clean my teeth. The staff and my dentist were great! Thank you Sharon and Dr. Leo

Very friendly, giant staff. Nice, well kept office. Dental assistants, hygienist, dentists, and orthodontist on hand. Lots of availability, even open on Saturdays. Large parking lot with plenty of parking.

Ended ip spending all day at the dentist and couldn't have asked for a better staff. From the front office, I'm sorry didn't catch any names to the crew in the back Gabby, Joe & the Dr. I Had some great service from these guys everything was explained in great detail questions answered no pressure. Going to the dentist just got a little easier

I had a bridge done here and it has broken due to improper placement i went back to get it repaired but they wanted me to pay again. I dont have 3500.00 and this should be fixed by them.at first i was told by Sam that the dentist that done the work no longer work there so i had to repay i was baffled and didnt understand then Sam told me to give her 3 days that she had to get it approved and i agreed. This has been a horrific time in my life. I work with the public and im also in the PTA at my daughter's school. My whole front tooth missing im slobbing and i can barely speak my words correctly and i most definitely dont have another 3500.00 Sam gave me her word that it would only be 3 days which has now been almost 3 weeks and Sam want return any of my calls.

I have really bad teeth and need a lot of work. I was ashamed to go to the dentist because of how bad they are. The team here is absolutely awesome! Very friendly staff. Awesome personalities and I love the diversity. They have explained everything to me from what was needed, payment options, working with my schedule for appointments. I am so glad that I found them and I'm actually looking forward to going back. Dr. Lu, Joe, and ALL of the girls and guys that work here, thank you so much!!

Chris and Gregoria lack customer service and phone etiquette. Chris would not be transparent about the basic pricing for a treatment I had questions about. Even when mentioning insurance information. They also placed on hold and disconnected the call. Would not recommend to friends/family based off of how short/rude they speak to people on the phone.

Came here about 2 years ago to have root canal and crown. Today I came back bc that teeth which they did before is hurting me and the dentist told me that teeth need a special treatment for root canal and it's infectioning now n it should cost me $4900 for this job. They don't care even they treated that teeth before. Now I'm stuck n will not come back here again to let them steal my money. I rather go somewhere else to re do it again . This is all my feel about this office. People, you need to do research real good to put your trust on, don't be like me

All my kids come here the personal and doctors are very professional and courteous. I requested info about payments plan since 2 of my kids started braces treatment Mrs. Heather provided all the information and explained my payment options, I'm very happy with the service we always receive an excellent service!! I highly recommend this location! I bring my family to this location & I highly recommend everyone to come here! Whether it's for general dentistry: Teeth cleaning, fills, etc., or orthodontists: braces. Come here for all of it, they treat you with so much respect. Heather is so sweet & has such a spunky personality which is refreshing and "Ms. New York" as well! (Once you go, you'll learn who she is, all the girls in the front and back as well are wonderful! They're always so welcoming when we come even though I've been coming here for over 2 years, they all still treat me like day 1. I live almost 2 hours away and STILL come to this location for my smile!

10/10 would recommend. Dr Leo was very kind and understanding. The staff are all very nice and can keep great conversation about starwars although the hygienist is a treky they kept me laughing which calmed my nerves.

I went in with an emergency and the entire staff was amazing to include the dentist. I have a healthy respect for people in my mouth. They were kind, funny, engaging and beyond helpful.
