I am extremely happy and satisfied with the orthodontist Dr. Velicu she has exceeded my expectations! I've had a super amazing experience since the first day that I came in for my consultation. She has made me feel very comfortable and heard she's a very knowledgeable doctor who cares a lot about her patients I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr. velicu to anyone thinking about getting braces! I can't express how happy I am! COME SEE HER! You won't regret it and to the front ladies ROSY and DANI who are extremely kind and friendly! Also Dr. chawla who is super fast and efficient on the general side and assistant vane Alex and zuly who made me feel super comfortable I love this place!

Place is great. I went in for pretty big procedures at once. A root canal and a tooth extraction. My dr. Was efficient and took care of business it's a clean environment, and everyone is nice. I went back in today and got my crown cemented on with no issues once again quick and efficient. And the front staff is amazing they make sure everything is taken care of for a smooth process.

They were nice for most the time. Jessica was awsome assistant, but i Just didn't like how the company is so stinggy,like even with insurance its pretty pricey. Yet they let some people go because of productivity....

What started as an ok experience ended up being one where Dr. Diana-Beatrix Velicu yelled at me on the phone explaining how she was all knowing when it comes to my child and disregarding what I didn't want for my son and then hung up on me when I disagreed with her. My son needed a tooth removed that had died and she kept trying to get me have 4 teeth removed. It never made sense to me so I got a second opinion from someone who said it wasn't needed. I politely told Dr. Diana Velicu that I did not want what she offered and just wanted to remove the tooth that I originally came for. That's when she began to yell at me about her experience and how I was wrong and then hung up on me. If your opinion about your own teeth or your children's teeth matter stay away from this place. I cant speak for everyone there but I can say that Dr. Diana-Beatrix Velicu is extremely rude and disrespectful.

I had a wonderful experience!!! The staff was very helpful and super informative. Karen was super nice and made me feel very comfortable during my time there. The front desk lady's and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I definitely will be back in 6 months!
