Some employees are very kind however the people in the front at the reception is a mess. They often forget to put me in the system and I don't get to see the dentist or hygienist on time. They constantly need to be reminded. Even the technician knows it and apologize for the people in the front not doing their job. The orthodontist is nice but at the beginning she didn't bother to build rapport with me. Now the orthodontist is more friendly. The general side are the kindest people ever! In the orthodontist side are really nice. Let's not forget that they are very extroverted and they sing which makes you feel more comfortable.

I love this place even though you do have to wait a bit but it is honestly worth the wait. They're all informative and guide you through everything and also gentle. I will be coming back. I love the cleansing too! Brenda was amazing. She even teach me how to floss & brush properly! Highly recommend.

Read all the reviews before hand and thought I'd go somewhere well rated. I must have been the only one who declined braces and been treated as "non important" waited in the back for 2 hrs just for a cleaning and fillings. And I didn't get either.

There's only one dentist (definitely not the personable type) and you have to wait for her to share her time w all patients, at the same time. I wait for at least an hour and a half l before i can see the dentist. Both today and 6 mnths ago. They do not want to hire additional dentist, not sure if it's bcz she wants all the patients to herself or they don't have funds to hire an additional dentist. She'll, not so politely let you know she's the only dentist working.

This dental office was super wonderful Dr.T was very kind and explained my treatment while Ms.brenda was also super sweet explaining my treatment and yovanna was wonderful helping me plan my treatment and going over my cost with me. The office was super sweet and welcoming definitely recommend.

This is got to be the worse place ever I will NEVER return or recommend anyone beware they take advantage of you especially if you are old and don't speak good English they will lie to u just so u can sign there treatment plan and then charge u wen u start work they took advantage of my elderly mother told me and her that her insurance cover her 100 percent then day of procedure told her she had to pay 200 dollar they also took unnecessary exrays to charge up the insurance wen it was just one tooth that we were there for they had her crying in pain for 3 hours and never stop gave her a break or gave her more numbing medication nor did they take her blood pressure after they finesh she got home crying i immediately check her blood pressure it was 160/100 I would not trust this place at all all they care about is milking insurance and money not the patient! They don't give you copies of anything you sign BEWARE OF THIS PLACE If you have children needing braces i highly recommend Lotus dental on strawberry is very affordable i paid 4k for my daughter up and bottom braces plus retainers payment plans available and credit care too
