Best experience at a dentist's office that I've ever had! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process from x-rays to cleaning to treatment plan was explained to me step-by-step. That's something that has never been done for me at a dentist office before. They even have someone come back and discuss cost with you privately after you have spoken with the dental hygienist and dentist about what work needs to be done. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I was treated with kindness, understanding, and respect. 15/10 would recommend!

I went to Jefferson dental again and was assisted by Dr Carter, Karim and Samantha. I am impressed at how this office works together. I have looked for a dentist since moving to Oklahoma. I really found one in Dr Carter. Karim and Samantha have been just as great.

I am really happy that I decided to go to them because I don't like going to the dentist have have had some bad experiences. I was hesitant when I first went in because I thought I was going to have to get a couple of teeth pulled due to cavities. Their office did an exam and informed me that I did not have cavities and did not need to have my teeth pulled. There was however some other things going on and they needed to do some treatment to get me on track but my mouth feels so much better now. I am so happy. I would recommend that others give them a try. They are very honest and helpful.

Eddleman, Shelly, and Kaitlynn serviced us and were very kind and I loved the way I was treated. Very nice experience and got a nice smile and toothbrush out of it. :-)

I felt like everything was going good. I went in for the first day and was told I needed a cleaning and a cavity to be filled. I was scheduled an appointment for the following day and when I returned a different person looked at my mouth. At this point I was notified that I had a serious gingivitis problem and they were unclear if I needed one or more feelings. The people who were working on me the second day argued about several things and then notified me the person who looked at my mouth the previous day no longer work for the company. They were also telling me that my blood pressure was too high and when I told them that my doctor always help me raise my arm a little and it was good they did not listen. Not only did she not listen she attempted to change the subject every time I mentioned it.

I took my 80 year old mother into Jefferson dental today sep. 20th 2022 and just want to say I made a really great choice for her! Dr. Eddelman is so sweet and nice and exsplains everything. The hygienist is also very caring. And Mary you were just awesome too! Thankyou guys. My mom feels very comfortable being there and I never her seen her relaxed that much!!

After several traumatic visits to other dentists, we finally tried Jefferson Dental. The assistant, Kaity, was amazing with my special needs son. Then, Dr. Eddleman came in and explained everything in terms we understood and was extremely gentle! Dewayne, in the front office, was so helpful in planning around our schedule, needs and insurance. We will definitely come here for life!

The entire team was so amazing! So much Kindness and professionalism. They lightened up the air, easing our stresses. We felt safe and welcomed. We Left with all our questions answered, and confident in the care. Iveth was the cherry on top. She truly made it comfortable and fun. You'll be so lucky if you get her for your visit.

If I could give a zero star I would!! They let me go over two weeks in pain when they didn't even take my insurance!! The main hygienist was very rude!! She told me basically to be quiet when she touched a very sensitive spot in my mouth!!

The staff is knowledgeable friendly explain everything so you will understand the treatment plan from the first step to the last to include procedures, time line, ins. coverage. They answered all questions I walked out felling good about getting dentures.
