Extremely long wait time. Office has a bad habit of triple booking and dentist has to work on multiple people at the same time. Quite worrisome. Definitely not coming back.

Jefferson Dental has almost fully eliminated all my fears of going to the dentist. I'm autistic and have various sensory sensitivities, along with general anxiety around the dentist, so I hadn't been in years. I explained ahead of time about all of my anxiety and they listened to every single one of my requests, including not using any minty flavors, explaining everything before starting, and they also let me have a fidget toy in my hands. The hygienist I had was very gentle and used topical numbing rather than an injection for my deep cleaning so my anxiety wasn't worsened, and I hardly felt a thing. You could tell they really care about their patients there.

The staff at the Smile Center are all great! They have great customer service skills. They're friendly, prompt in getting you seen/treated, they are very knowledgeable and provide a lot of information, and their dental treatments have always made me a happy and returning customer! No cavities!!

The employees are very nice. But they don't help the people that are not working or fixed income people. I need 1200.00 up front. Only rich people have that kind of money to put down.

Very disappointed in Jefferson dental in McKinney I've use this place several times never had any problems took my son in there with a infected tooth and a swollen jaw. They were more concerned about doing a teeth cleaning. I would believe if someone went in there with an infected tooth and a swollen jaw but doing a teeth cleaning would be the last thing you want to do on that day. But the biggest thing that I'm upset about or disappointed didn't even offer him any antibiotics to take the swelling in the pain away. They need to focus on fixing the problems and not cleaning teeth all the time
