My daughter was scheduled for an 11:30 appointment with Jefferson Dental at 349 Mason Rd, Katy, TX 77450. The office staff advised that the insurance was not valid. The office also advised that she would need to reschedule the appointment so they could verify the insurance. A secondary insurance was used so the appointment could be kept. The office staff had a problem when confronted that it had been reported that. Jefferson dental and the insurance company confirmed that the insurance was valid. The only thing done in the office was x-rays and a cold cotton swab to test reaction of pain. The provider advised that another root canal would be needed on a previous root canal and a new one would need to be done on the tooth next to it. The staff then presented a bill of treatment for $6,495.00 after insurance paid $1500.00 for two root canals. The provider that confirmed the infection did not even offer antibiotics. It is my firm belief that the staff had no intention of seeing the patient as they tried from the very beginning to cancel or reschedule at the time of the appointment. I believe that this outrageous charge is part of them not wanting to see the patient as a complaint was made to the general manager of the location regarding how they handled the insurance. No treatment was given, not even a prescription for the infection.

Had a great final turn out for my dental implant. It was a process, but Jefferson Dental and staff did a great job in keeping up with my dental care. I really recommend Dr Wang and the friendly staff (Tori, Faith, Jasmine and Douglas were great!!!). I'm staying with the Mason office and recommend them for all your dental care. Jefferson continues to impress with excellent follow up care. It has been 9 months now since my first visit. I am glad to have stayed with this office.

The staff at Jefferson Dental is great! They are professional yet friendly. I had a couple of issues...I was told one price at my first visit, then a higher price when I went back to get the work done. Also, my appointment was at 1:30. I got seated in a dental chair at 2:30 and saw the hygienist at 3. I left at 4:15. That's a huge chunk of my day for just a cleaning.

If you are in need of a great dentist or a great ortho - PLEASE COME HERE! All of the staff at this location are so polite & so amazing. Dr. Zhao is phenomenal! My dental assistant Maya is outstanding & the manager Kristin is absolutely remarkable! They always provide the greatest service!

Dental store is more suitable for this place as the people I met here are all sales. I came to this place a few months ago. All they did was selling me braces even after I told them that it was not the reason I came. I told one of the dentists that I didn't want it, he started talking about financing plan for orthodontic. Then a manager came to see me and tried to persuade me to do it. Why would I listen to a sales manager for dental advice? He seemed not very happy and left me on the operation table looking so dumb. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
