Staff was very nice and thorough. Explained everything that they were doing as far as the exam. Afterwards the dentist came in and was talking to me about some options and the steps to follow, such as extraction of 4 teeth , filling a cavity and a very extensive cleaning and 2 partial dentures. I explained that I didn't want partials and I wanted them all pulled with full dentures. She turned to the nurse taking notes and said no just partials. I believe that I have the final say about what I want and the foreigner dentist does not. I'll be going somewhere else.

Dr.Rahman and Valeria were great! They treated me with respect and kindness while walking me through the entire process. They really made me feel comfortable and been taken care of!

I went in for an emergency situation in September and got a root canal, which comes with a permanent crown. I had to show up to the location to find out that the crown was ready because they were holding it hostage, and were not planning to inform me about it until I paid an unrelated balance. My insurance covered the crown, but they supposedly changed policies right after my root canal appointment and refused to see me until I paid a balance that I wasn't informed about or called about, simply given a text with the link on how to pay it. When I tried to find out why I couldn't get the crown my insurance covered, the young receptionists put in the minimal effort possible, rolled their eyes a lot, used very immature and catty tones, and one was snickering behind the counter when she didn't think I could see her. I felt like the nuisance when I was rightfully upset that I had just arrived to an appointment for a permanent crown that I found out is being held hostage for 300 dollars. I was told my insurance covered *everything*. Then it suddenly didn't. I received no proactive communication about this beforehand, and I do not recommend this place because their communication and empathy toward low income patients is insulting. A good practice is proactive in calling patients to make them aware of any changes. They will not call from blocked phone numbers and not leave messages. While the procedure was the root canal I've ever had, the way the staff handled everything else was a joke.

It's impossible to reach someone for anything other than an appointment. The phone is answered by some answering service that can't help with anything else. I wanted to come in and make a down payment on some extensive work, but couldn't get a call back. I ended up going elsewhere and was glad I did. The new place is so much better!!

Horrible experience! Came for an emergency visit due to being in severe pain, check in girl did not know what she was doing. She treatment planned me for a comp exam , and I asked her if it was an emergency visit. She said yes. When I went to the back I made sure I was being seen for a limited and the assistant had to bring me a new treatment plan since he thought I was there to get the whole exam. Then the DR did not come into the room to see my concerns, I was referred out without being seen. I heard bad things about Jefferson dental, but ignore them. And now I definitely don't recommend to anyone.

Doctor Kadam and Rahman were the best doctors ever. Extracted my tooth in less than 30 mins no pain and were super gentle and very nice The dental assistants Molly anf Val were super gentle with the XRays and made me feel safe and war during my appointment after years of not being at dentist And finally, most importantly the front desk Jessica was very helpful with my next appointment and insurance and made me feel special and had a very beautiful smile was amazing. Best dentist ive been to. Qnd ive been to a lot from moving a lot

Dr Swanpil Kadam extracted my sons tooth without adequate numbing then practically called him a liar as he kicked and screamed while she pulled the tooth out. Do not go there or take your family. Previous visit here was not well either. Dirty place

It starts with Jessica the front desk receptionist, who's very nice and respectful and last but not lease very thorough. Everyone that I've had an encounter with at the Jefferson dental (hurst location) was very nice and helpful.

I went here for xrays, it took about 3 hours. This place is a scam. I have insurance but they wanted me to pay 60 for a cleaning and over charged on the work that needed to be done. My insurance covers 3k a year, so this place tried to make my expenses the whole 3k. 800 for a filling 1000 for an extraction. Then they tried to rush me into signing papers or a contract. Everyone is nice but they are trying to RIP people off. Please pay attention to what they are offering you. Also after xrays, my teeth hurt for several days.

Unique( dental assistant) was amazing. She talked me through everything she was doing or about to do. Chanice was an awesome hygienist . She made sure i was comfortable through the entire procedure! Highly recommended
