My experience with Jefferson Dental Clinic is very outstanding. I was well cared for and received good detailed explanation in regards to my treatment down to how much my out of pocket cost will be. Worst ever place to be there . The doctors are good . But the billing department is always there to rip you off .Last year for teeth cleaning I paid 26$ copay with cigna insurance at Rodeo dental and this year the Jefferson dental charge me a $195 copay and apart from that after two months , they called me again and told me that I have an outstanding balance of 58$ more . Simply a group of cheaters .

In May of 2022 they took impressions for a dental guard and I was called to go in to pickup the dental guard and it was not ready. Today I went in with an appointment to pich them up again and I was told that my appointment was to get impression of again? This review is today September 12, 2022.

I scheduled an appointment for 9/17 for 2:30 pm, confirmed the time as well. I arrived and was told that my appointment was for 1 pm with no further Dr. available. I was never informed my time changed it was a bad experience!

Do not use this dental clinic. My husband was having jaw pain, he went in and they said it was one of his wisdom teeth. Since he had already had 1 removed before, we decided to pull the remaining 3 to not go through this again. So after all the X-rays were done, we scheduled it for the next week, he took off work and everything. They require payment up front, alright. Right before his procedure, the dentist tells him oh they can't remove 1, it's too deep, he has to go to a oral surgeon. Why weren't we told that before we set it up? We already paid. Now we have to file for a refund for the 1 tooth and set up a whole other ordeal to remove the tooth. If we had known we had to go to an oral surgeon, we would have just done that from the start and not had Jefferson Dental pull the other 2. Why go through all this twice? On top of that. He was only prescribed ibuprofen for pain management. Which is just Motrin that we can get over the counter. He was told if it didn't help, he could call and get something stronger. The day after the procedure, he's hurting a lot. So I call the office and they tell me they can't prescribe anything stronger. The ibuprofen is all they'll do. Unbelievable. We will never return to this clinic.
