I was given a 2pm appointment and when I arrived no one was at the location and the doors were locked. There were about 5-6 other people waiting in line for their appointments as well. The number is to a general location and they can't contact anyone at this specific location. They said they'd put me down on an emergency call back list and to expect a call back within 5-10 minutes and I to this day never received that call.

Excellent experience and I felt like a person rather than a number. I was treated with the utmost respect. I was explained procedures in detail before anything was done. Everyone was professional. Everyone spoke understandably. You were provided the name of everone you came in contact with. I received the best care by this office. I highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

Just terrible. I've had many fillings through the time I've had dental work done and never in my life has this happened. I got a filling here, ended up with pain after leaving. I thought it may had be normal, however, this pain lasted several days. I couldn't chew on it for almost a week. Had to get fillings again, just for them to tell me I may have a fracture. I've never had pain on this tooth before, however now that I get my feelings done here I do? Very questionable. I've been here 3 times for the same reason just to be forwarded to someone else. Fortunately for them, they have really nice staff. If it were up to me, I would highly recommend anywhere but here.

It's hard getting an appointment sometimes but I've been with them for a few years for a reason. They take care of you. Just don't go through "Prima Health Care" for financing.Total rip off.

Love going to this location on Lyons the lady's and staff are always so nice to me and always take care of my teeth and the lady that clean my teeth yesterday was amazing hope to get her again next time I tell everyone I know to go here great people great prices...thanks for the great service you guys

Always fun to visit the office and talk with Cristina and staff. Everyone is so friendly and personable. I have had less problems with my teeth since Dr.Colon has been working with me. It is a great friendly office. Can't think of going anywhere else to get my teeth checked , they sure know how to make you smile!!

.y only complaint is that my teeth come back a different shade than the color I choose. Upon selecting the color I was discouraged because they wanted match with my existing color which were dark and ugly. I did not want dark teeth.

Very courteous. Walked in. Had a cancellation. Took me right in. Without an appointment. Gave me a full examination. Got one of the problem tooth taken care of. Set me up with everything thing I need to feel better. Everyone was polite and helpful. Best dental visit. Thank you Dr. A and crew.
