I call for extraction but they didn't give me a price instead they say as new patient I will get free X-ray and check up but when I arrive to the dentist they charge me for X-ray and don't want to do the extraction very disappointed

Horrible experience I will never go back made us wait 2 hrs and when I asked about what was going on the lady gave me attitude . The waiting room is hot and they don't care if you ask about how hot it is. Don't come here if you want attitude and be waiting till you complain..

We did a while family day and Dr. Kasundra , Elaine, Francys, Kateryn, Francisca, and Yareli were awesome, professional, and were very through in the procedures and in explaining everything that needed to be done. I also like the fact that I was consulted with through the whole procedure in regards to cost so that I could keep up with what I could afford. Great staff!

I went in on a Tuesday, only to have a tooth pulled because I was in severe pain. The doctor, Dr. Kasindra, informed me that my tooth was infected and to reduce the pain while extracting it was better to put me on antibiotics and pull the tooth later. While in the office, we discussed other procedures I needed, and wanted to have done but had been putting off. The ladies in the office, Elaine, Esther, and Kateryn, to name a few, walked me through everything and I got EVERYTHING I needed in one day. With little wait time. Two days later, IN FULL TEARS and full of fear, I had my tooth pulled and it was painless. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the ladies in this office. They put me at ease and helped me through the entire process. And made sure my husband was by my side (even though I'm not a minor). Thank you Jefferson Dental
