this place has terrible customer service. im getting text messages every week about a bill and I have insurance. I wont ever go back to Jefferson Dental. My first two visits I got my teeth pulled with no medication to take afterwards. I had to go to the ER for pain relief. The next following day I had to contact corporate and they finally released a prescription. I gave them another try. Epic fail. They harass with text messages. I called billing. The female told me I needed to call my insurance. This is unacceptable. The visit was nice but ridiculous why i have to do the billing ar/ap.

I won't go back nurses where really nice but the doctor was mad and screaming at the nurses the hygienist was rude and left me there bleeding and went to talk to another patient never went back plus I had insurance and ended up paying 300 and she was mad because I didn't purchase there electric toothbrush and tooth paste

The office is super unorganized. Arrived at 10am and didn't get out until after 1:30pm. During my visit I had the most clumsy tech but at least he was pleasant and friendly, a hygienist who has no patience with her employees and is so rude and condescending, and receptionist that had an entire fight and walked out. My husband who was waiting outside for me asked what had happened because they were out in the lot yelling. I understand it may be new staff, but this is absolutely ridiculous I was so eager to get out of there. Never coming back.
