Doctor jee did good job on all my 4 kids. The hygienist jalen was very patient with all of them, the dental assistant alexa and keelah were fast and Patient with us and the manager was very helpful too.

I came in because I had two teeth that were hurting me and they did an amazing job. They were training one person and he was very polite and we even had a couple laughs. The dentist was very professional and kind as well. The manager was very understanding of my circumstance and was very helpful in making sure I knew my options. I ended up getting three teeth extracted. The dentist did her best to insure I had minimal pain during the procedure. One thing I really like about this location is they were not very pushy about anything. They let you know your options and let you choose what's best for you health wise and financially. Will definitely be back here for future dental work. They were amazing. Thank you!!!

The worst place!! I don't recommend it at all. They lie to the insurance company to get as much money as they can. They say they do certain jobs for you and it's not true. Don't go there.

The employees here were awesome! Extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed upon my arrival. Very informative and let me know all the options I had available. All my fears were put aside after speaking with everyone. Definitely will be returning.

I came to this dental clinic yesterday with a really bad tooth pain. I was treated so well and Dr.Kahn and her team were so nice to me and understanding! I will for sure be coming back for any dental work I need. They are a wonderful staff from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. Recommend this dental clinic.

This Was my Father's frist Dental Visit sence moving to Dallas with us last year And it was A Wonderful Experience for us both! Everyone was very Professional and Very Polite From the Beginning to the End. I told my Daughter I'm thinking about moving our Dental plan over to them we will make the Trip just for the Customer Service alone.

I got my smile back! I love the dentist at the location on E Main St in Grand Prairie. I had a tooth abscess. They gave me a few options. I chose to get a root canal and a crown. They had to send the crown back to the lab a couple of times, because it wasn't a good fit. I love that they didn't go with the first two, just to be done with me. The dentist does an excellent job to make sure you're happy with the crown, and that it's a good fit. The staff is very friendly, too.

This place went frm ok to bad customer service sucks the lady on front desk seems like she hates her job the the other lady who gives u the estimates the same thing and supposedly they wr gna call me back corporate office sent them 3 emails and I still hvnt receive a call. Been going there for 6 yrs but gets worse all the time. Time to look for a new dentist...

The exterior entry had trash scattered about. The receptionist mumbled as she spoke and I don't think she knew what she was doing! I told her why I came in and she kept saying it was for something else! She did not listen very well! The AC was barely on...it was very hot as the employees complained as well! Interesting the only space that was cool was the office where they go over the bill and try to sell you more then you need! There was only 3 employees out of the several that was professional and knew what they were doing! Young black lady with a bun who was training another and a young Mexican lady with a bun then the young black male hygienist! The doctor was very vague and did not listen to me very well either! Did not want to hear my major concern, she was the only dentist on staff. I will not go back to this place!

Nice staff and doctors, but the dental hygienist up-sells services that are not needed. All I needed was a dental cleaning and the hygentist recommended a "medicated deep cleaning" which would of used up all of my Dental coverage for the year. I went to a private owned dental office later in the week and I was told my teeth are health. I would not come here again.
