Very friendly staff. Straightforward with the process . New payment system( rab pay) is still slow so I'm waiting to see if the call center will eventually answer my calls

Just visited Jefferson Dental office in Garland TX off S. First and the experience was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Dental doctor Dr Khan was very professional and helpful. The hygienist Gelvia was very friendly and made the experience pleasant. Dental assistant Liz, Manager Sandy and treatment coordinator Karina all made the visit awesome and I recommend them with 5 stars.

Hygienist Charity made my visit today one that I'll never forget. Getting a clean up can be very uncomfortable. Hygienist Charity was super friendly, gentle and made sure I was okay! I thought I'll never say this but I am really looking forward to my next visit with Hygienist Charity! Manager Ciarisa was very helpful with making sure I understood correctly and helping me with all the paper work. They have an amazing team, thank you!

I was waiting for 2 hrs after that kids were taken back for treatment where they waited another 2 then met with lady that explains what they found and treated kids that took 30 min all together spend 4 hrs waiting and 30 min on actual treatment. Will never go back there. Oh and that's with a 12 o'clock appointment. Very dissatisfied worst experience.
