My son needed some emergency dental work done and a close friend recommended Jefferson dental. I was hesitant at first but when we got their everyone was so welcoming! We went back and had the consultation and the amount of $ it was going to cost was actually very affordable especially when I was able to finance most of it! Jefferson is now our go to dental office!

I explained I have a low pain threshold and said I would like to have Gas or anesthesia. They refused, I had 5 teeth removed with just a local anesthetic. The worst pain in my life and only gave me acetaminophen for pain. After I get my dentures I'm never going back.

The BEST experience ever! I'm embarrassed to admit I've put off my dental health for years and it took an emergency tooth issue to get me to finally come in. I was so worried that they would be judgemental or grossed out but they were so so SO caring and understanding. This staff of women made me feel so welcome and every single person told me how amazing it was that I decided to come in today and that's all that matters. I cannot thank this team enough for getting me the care I desperately needed! Full disclosure I have to get a root canal I got so scared when I heard that I almost cried but every single staff member immediately put my fears at ease by being so open about their own experiences and fully explaining the procedure! I'm definitely not scared anymore! Thank you to everyone that helped me today!! I can't recommend this place enough!

I went to this dentist because of their TV commercial says, 'we will turn any frown into a smile '. So I gave them a try, the doctors were fine. But they have lying, smile in your face Spanish females at the front desk. These women don't use caller ID to screen your calls. They will send your phone call to their answering service. They would send my phone calls to the answering service after pulling all my teeth out , measuring my mouth five times and still couldn't get it right. My horror story went on for ONE WHOLE YEAR. I'm so angry at these incompetence. Just beware

I went here for a deep cleaning and 3 tooth extractions. The front desk ladies were extremely nice and welcoming. Samantha, I think that's her name, did an amazing job on my deep cleaning. Literally the best deep cleaning I have ever gotten. As for the dentist, she was also amazing. She was very comforting and knowledgeable. Literally the entire staff were all amazing. Will definitely return for future dental needs! Thank you all so much!!!

Beware! those who have dental insurance of any kind; this clinic will rip you off all the benefits that you may need in time of need. My wife and I went for a general cleaning and clinic made us take Panoramic X-ray (which our insurance would only cover once every 5 years). I have been to other Dental office for general cleaning but never have seen such a daylight robbery. I reached out to their corporate office for lodging a complaint and they never returned my call. Follow-up:/update: as if till today (06/07/2022) no one from Jefferson dental called or try to resolve my complaint. Please don't be fooled by their follow up/response you may see under negative feedbacks.
