We provide compassionate, high-quality, affordable and convenient dental and orthodontic care at our more than 70 Jefferson Dental and The Smile Center offices throughout Texas and Oklahoma City. All personnel were so polite and thoughtful. I will bring a sweater next time. I got chilled. I just happen to be cold natured. The dentist's expertise as well as his assistant,, made my procedure go smoothly.

no help and no follow up. Came in had X-rays done but there was an issue with my insurance on their end so they rushed me out and never followed up to come back in. Definitely have insurance so don't understand the problem.

They are great people and excellent staff. My problem is the rescheduling all the time. I show up on time and wait over a hour toget seen. I showed up twice having my appointment card and wasn't on their schedule for some reason. Staff can be really helpful but not 100% organized.

I had an appointment at 2:15. At 2:48 I get up to ask and they tell me that the oral surgeon still had 2 patients in front of me. Ridiculous. I'm in this same field, rule #1 DONT OVER BOOK! Never visiting here again. If I could I've give a half of a star, luckily the front desk was nice and helpful.

I went there for 2nd visit , It was a great experience and I would love to recommend this place for any dental treatments . Super Friendly staff . Dental Hygienist & Doctors are Awesome !! Highly Recommended .

This location charged me $700 for my Mother's Dentures then didn't even make the claim to her insurance that paid 100%. Now the insurance company has opened up a fraud claim because we have no dentures. And Jefferson dental said they would give me my money back in June it is now August I still have no money. So I am going to report them for credit card fraud. If you are an arris person or elderly I suggest you don't use this place because they like to take it vantage.

This place is a disaster. Dental assistant didn't know how to take X-rays or use suction. Four separate appointments and not once did what was scheduled for. 5 weeks with temporary crown on but still no impression to make permanent because doctor there Saturday didn't know how even though that was supposed to be the reason for visit. They can never figure out what to charge. The staff is nice enough but completely inept. Fired them and will finish work somewhere else.
