Make sure you have Dental Insurance, otherwise,that $29 only gets you an dental assistant playing in your mouth, making matters worse and a estimate.

Dr. Essmat and Ashley are the best!!! I went in for a root canal and was petrified. I always feel like I'm being judged when I go to the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. The doctor definitely knows what she's doing. Ashley was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and made small talk with me during my whole appointment. I just had my permanent crown put on and was so glad that Dr. Essmat was the one to do it! The lady at the front desk was also very sweet.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30am as a new patient. I had filled out all the required forms prior to the appointment on Wednesday. When I arrived I gave the Asian/Chinese/Japanese lady my ID and Insurance card, she claim she had to verify my insurance which I felt was BS because that should of been done prior to the appointment. 15min later they're all up front indulged in a private conversation outside of work matters refusing to assist me or so call make a call to verify my insurance. Then she calls me back up to the front claiming she doesn't have my group ID which all that information is on my United Healthcare Card as well as all the forms I had filled out as well as my employer name which she asked for. Now it's after 12:10pm she calls me back there claiming she doesn't see me in the system basically refusing to give me service that I had scheduled for claiming she doesn't see my insurance when it clearly stated on their website that they accept United Healthcare and my insurance was very much up to date. That was very unprofessional and inconvenience and very inconsiderate

Worst dental school called "practice" I have ever been too. The front desk did not have my insurance info together before I got there but wanted to to "go ahead" and get service and they would tell me afterwards--NO!! So I made her get the info, plug the numbers in, and then go over. Just to go back and have the hygienist who seemed incompetent spray water all over my face, rude, and knock my mouth over and over with the X-ray machine. Dentist was nice but when I left, I had pain, no pain before but now....I have pain. Called back to see another dentist who is usually not at that location and you could tell as she seemed nice but clueless where anything was. This substitute, drilled on a tooth so far, I went from having no issues to now need a root canal another dentist explained because it exposed!! So from $91 for a filling to now over $600 for freshman dentistry mess ups. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO GO BACK!! And not only should I document the before and after but all the info the other real dental practice explained to me in documents that I have needing to in-force Jefferson and their students to pay for my work!!! If I could give negatives it would be all over this place

Horrible experience. (RUN) I scheduled an appointment online and provided all of my insurance information. When I came in they claimed to not have it. It wasted my time but I happily provided it again. I then confirmed I needed a tooth pulled and the X Rays were taken. At this point I was there over a hour and the procedure had yet to start. While sitting in the back I was told I would be serviced same day especially since I needed the tooth removed. Over 30 extra mins went by so I asked will they be able to complete my request today. They then said they were not sure and the dentist was with someone else. I asked well if I wait will she follow through they then said they have the right to deny service . I was SHOCKED! I have had excellent service at other locations. No issues and I recommend them highly. I was so disappointed I left because they confirmed they couldn't promise service even after I was proactive with scheduling the appointment. I have great insurance and work in corporate america daily. What a let down. Pick a different location. I wish I could post the recording I took after waiting over a hour and a half to hear no. RUN!

Waste of time! Was told after 1hr and half of being there that the hygienist wasn't even there and the doctor and person that did my x rays were about to take lunch as if I did not just wait to be serviced!! Really disappointed!
