the staff and the dr in the back were great, however, the wait time was long. The curly haired lady that presented the treatment was very rude and gave the wrong information. other than it was fine

Although they did a good job on my teeth /cleaning the lady at the front desk wasn't wearing a mask and she didn't tell me I had to pay extra for my deep cleaning that I received today she didn't explain anything to me and then the insurance business man going to walk at the back at where I was asking me to pay $395 in total for everything since my insurance only cover $250 of my dental work including (regular teeth cleaning and a X-ray) So I had to hurry up and get pre approved for a credit savings account just to pay for the balance they need new office staff that can communicate properly and they also need more trained dental hygienist staff for example , this one girl barley could do a proper X-ray like don't you go to school to learn how to do a proper X-ray and take the state dental test? Idk whether I'll be coming back here or not

After arriving for my appointment at 8:30 AM I was taken to the back I was picking up an apparatus and waited approximately over two hours to complete just the pick up. They tried to take x-rays which I wasn't expecting unable to do that. I was told that I needed some certain things done and they would be reviewed with me no one reviewed anything I had to get up out of my seat And find someone to let them know it had been two hours. They move me to another room and I continue to wait no one saw me I went up to the desk and said I was ready to leave I've been waiting over two hours. Very nice people but very very not organized.

Nothing wrong with the location, but customer beware..they send the bill into the financial office even after you pay in full! Then the financial office harasses you with emails and text messages stating to call or email. When you do FINALLY get through explain the situation they tell you there is still an outstanding amount even though I have receipts stating otherwise. After speaking to a supervisor was told that they could discount it 100% this one time for me... like they were doing me a favor.... I wanna know 1 why can't you just see where I've paid and yall charged my card and 2 why all of a sudden are you okay with charging off an amount? ... something is shady with the financial office so I've canceled all future appointments. Love the people and atmosphere with the location but their financial office is making them loss customers... apparently when calling customer service not the first time they have been told this issue either...

I don't understand even with an appointment how I end up being here 4 hrs for just an exam. It's like the appt times don't matter.
