I went here because I knew I needed many teeth, pulled and have dentures. Everyone was very nice all the equipment is new and I'll be starting to have that my extractions soon.

Don't go here for dental work unless you just want to keep being referred! I am a new patient and I'm already looking for a new dentist. I had came for a root canal and got referred then came for my wisdom tooth extraction and just got referred AGAIN. Why have something on your site if you actually can't do it??? They also kept wasting my time, they told me at first it was because they couldn't get in contact with me to confirm my appointment even tho I had recieved NO CALLS whatsoever and I had already filled out ALL forms and checked in before. This place isn't serious and only care about getting new patients but not maintaining the ones they have. Very disappointed. 2hr later update: THEY CHARGED ME for a service I DID NOT USE. They had me wait in the office just to tell me to go home and I got charged for that. DO NOT GO HERE. The very worst office i've been to. Taking to court if it doesn't get removed.

I just received the best dental cleaning experience of my lifetime! I'm a panic in the chair but not this time. Tosh was relaxing, competent, efficient and really cared about how I was feeling. It was an awesome experience and my teeth look great.

All 4 or 5 stars are fake. They try to force the patient for filling or a root canal, while not required. The worst experience I have had, they are so unprofessional, long waiting time for a simple exam, long waiting time for a simple X-ray, long waiting time for a cleaning, and so expensive, and they refuse to do regular cleaning and they say you have to do deep cleaning and they will charge you over $180 while you have insurance. You have to spend exactly 4 hours on a simple dental exam. They do not have the minimum standards that all other dental clinics have. Really, zero star! Go somewhere else. In one word "cheat", they are cheater!

Jefferson Dental on University Drive in Denton is always polite and efficient. No copay for standard cleaning, and if extra services are needed, they will offer to do it then and there. 2022 UPDATE: Perhaps it was just a bad day. Perhaps the labor shortages affecting their office. Whatever it was, I was in the office for 3 hours and 20 minutes for a routine visit. Fortunately, everyone was polite as ever, but unfortunately, everyone had way too much work to do and there are big gaps in between steps of my treatment. Some of the treatment was frantically rushed, others just brisk. But none of it gave me any confidence. Right now I've always seen Jefferson dental as a bit of an assembly line process, a profit making corporation that is trying to crank out as many people as possible. So, the visits are usually brief, but 3 hours and 20 minutes is obviously very disappointing. Yes, I could've walked out anytime and paid what I owed, but the wheels kept slowly turning towards in goal. After my last visit a year ago, I decided to find a new provider, but evidently never did, but now I'm even more motivated.

I would really like to leave a zero. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and all the did was a x-ray and exam. I specifically stated that I wanted an extraction whe. I made the appointment. The Dr. wanted to extract a different tooth that wasn't even hurting. I don't recommend this place at all.

The front staff was very unprofessional. Was a bad experience with those 2 ladies. The back staff and dentist was very nice and professional. I could not recommend this business because of the front staff.

This has been the second year that i have used the services for my Dental work.And i will say that the employes n dr.n their assistants have all be real nice n friendly n have given me very good care of my dental needs.They let me no how they plan to do anything to my dental work. And i would recomend them to my friends n family for dental work they need also

This is the place to get all your dental needs done. From cleanings to root canals. They are the best. They are very professional and extremely kind. I was there for a few hours getting 2 root canals and I was in a lot of pain by the end and they were so understanding and compassionate. Doctor Pandey and the dental assistants Wendy, Abby, and Iris are amazing. I won't go anywhere else. I also need to complement the front desk ladies, they were very helpful and super sweet. As much as I hate going to the dentist, they made it a good experience.
