Nice facility, very pleasant staff. Only disappointed that they were unable to address the problem at this facility, are going to find a specialist to take care of the procedure. Update: Have visited a few more times over the past 2 months and have been very pleased with the quality of care during each visit.

I will never come here again! Been there twice and both times the wait was so long and once I got a chair I had to wait again then got x -rays then waited again for the hygienist then again for the dentist. All in all was there for 2 hours and no treatment/service performed yet. I ended up leaving cause I didn't wanna spend another 2 hours getting treatment.

For the first time in my life I can say going to the dentist was pain free and pleasant .The Dr.and all the staff are very kind and respectful and very explanatory my goodie bag included a rechargeable round toothbrush. They also offer 3 different pay options So if you want excellent Dental care go see them at Jefferson dental in Deerpark Tx Stay Blessed

For some reason they are always short staffed. Each time I have come the wait time is over 1 hour before they start on me.

As I am no longer with company I would like to give a big thanks to jefferson dental &orthodontics for giving me the opportunity to gain experience with my career, along the note and a strong thread of it I deeply thank Diana Serria for training me and putting up with my crazy personality, she's the best lead, manager I've ever had. With her on sight you have nothing to worry about. A drill Sargent she maybe but she will ensure her employees get trained right and navigates the floor like it's chess. She's incredible and takes business seriously. Don't give up and she won't give up on you. Another thanks to Maria the hygienist. The absolute best hygienist lady I know, so detailed and gentle she's so amazing and talented, never will never forget her. Miss Anaya and erica had shown me alot and kept me up headed and made me laugh so much. Such hard workers absolutely will miss them and love them dearly. -ex pal your buddy dominic

I liked this place up until they made it difficult to get appointments on Saturdays and went down to 1 day of the week. I drive from Porter Tx to Deer park, actually when I started coming here I lived in Pasadena then moved, but since they started my work here I wanted to continue to come here. Fridays was a better day for me since that's the day I come to this side to work at the office it was convenient now they changed the day to Thursdays very inconvenient bcz it's the day I work from home. This place is very clean that's what I like, compare to the other locations they have in southeast they are very dirty , the one on Spencer is not very appealing. The staff is great too no complaints. Too bad they don't have any locations where I live now.

super happy with the service i was provided here! i needed to be seen for an emergency extraction and no other office could fit me in but they made my appointment that same day. everyone was extremely kind from the front desk with berenice, to the coordinator nora, and the ladies in the back dr braar and erica. i'm very grateful to everyone for taking care of me today! thank you

I have been going to the Deer Park office the past couple months and have has 3 different dentist at that location. I let them know at the beginning I had a cruise 2 months from first visit. They said no problem but all I got is temporary for the top. They are only opened on Fridays now. They say one thing but never does what they say. DO NOT GO.

Fantastic Office & staff! Dr. Khakhar, Anaya, & Maria are are truly exceptional. Dr. Khakhar was patient and very understanding. Maria & Anaya both stayed late to take care of my procedure, they went the extra mile. They are both gems and provide 5-star service. I will be back for sure. Overall great service and staff.

I had an appointment April 29,2022. From the moment I arrived, I was set at ease. The young lady who checked me in was very friendly and professional. Chantel was her usually helpful self and paused to acknowledge my presence and greet me. The young lady who took the X-ray's was very gentle and precise. I had to comment on how quickly she processed me and new exactly the next spot to place the device in my mouth. I believe her name was Diana or Anna. The lady who cleaned my teeth also set me at ease and did an excellent job. That was especially important to me, because I had a very bad experience at the dentist's office when I was a child. Her name was Maria. I highly recommend her. She really knows what she is doing. The dentist was also fantastic. From beginning to end my experience was very pleasant. They even had a T. For the first time in 8 years I had the opportunity to go to the dentist, and had a great experience. At first, I was nervous, however Maria calmed my nerves and did a awesome job with my Gingivitis cleaning.

Don't go here if you want to waste your time. I did my appointment online. They called like 3 times to confirm which I did. They even sent me a text a day before my appointment and I once again I confirmed. when I showed up they said I didn't have an appointment and all of the receptionist acted very careless and that there was nothing they could do it was my fault because I made my appointment online and that I had to be put at the end of line and wait for everybody else to be seem.
