My visit was excellent. From the beginning of the visit to the end, the staff made sure I was cared for. The Dental Assistant Montrina was very kind and gentle. I was getting ready for extractions and she was very soothing. The Dr., Dr. Ajay wasn't even scheduled to see me and saw me with no problem. I was literally in the chair waiting for the extractions and he told me HE WAS DONE! Not only was he fast and efficient, he was also gentle. I didn't even know he started. The office staff was also very pleasant! Alex and staff were very welcoming and kind. This place is 40 minutes from me, but I will return!

I went there for cleaning and checkup. The doctor filled out a couple of teeth and messed up one of them which is my front tooth. I booked another appointment and showed up on time,but they said doctor is not there without calling me and letting me know. Do not recommend at all.

I got my braces here! Dr. Bontz and Amy are amazing! Dr. Bontz goes in details with me about my treatment every appointment. Amy does my adjustments and she is quick, makes sure I'm comfortable. I love her! Kieu did my cleaning and she was so gentle and very informative about everything she was doing! Overall the entire staff is amazing! The assistants make you feel like you're one of them!

Received a phone call confirming appointment as well as online check-in 2 weeks in advance before appointment office staff confirmed price for returning patient as "package" to only show up on time for appointment waiting 2 hours to only be told the price will change. Extremely unprofessional by staff and services provided. Save your money and go to a place where they will be honest about everything. Do not recommend.

I came in , in so much pain Dr.Saiyed & his assistant Brianna were both so incredibly great and patient with me while doing my extraction. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful as well . Would recommend 100%

I put off getting braces for years. Finally, on my 48th birthday, I decided to go on a few consults. I chose Jefferson and it was the best decision I've ever made for my health and appearance. Financing was easy and prices are fair. I do all my dental needs here now.

At first everything was amazing, great dental assistants great service, I was very disappointed of how often they keep moving me with different doctors in every single appointment. At the end the last doctor didn't see to care much for my results after my braces were removed and before were removed he keeps asking me if there's anything else u wanted or needed to be changed . I'm expecting for u to check and tell me if I'm ready for my braces to be removed. After he removed my braces he just removed them n that was it no buffering nothing . $6,000 I pay for nothing this company needs better doctors and to keep the patient just with one doctor Bc Every doctor has different opinions n get us confused

I'm very pleased with the staff, except I don't like to be seen by different doctors..that would be my only complaint, I think when getting your treatment done you should always be seen by the same doctor. Other than that the staff is attentive to my needs & demands..

Rude staff. Diagnosing with no context. Receptionist is being given incorrect information about follow ups. Dental hygienist was super kind but the dentist was very condescending and passive.

Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is absolutely amazing so far! My dental journey with them has just started and I am throughly pleased! They are a literal one stop shop for all your dental needs! This was my first visit and they took care of me. I got X-rays, check up, deep cleaning, gum treatment, 2 fillings and braces all on the same day by my request! They did exactly as I asked and was happy to do all I requested and it was a lot lol ! The staff all made me feel so comfortable and I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Special thank you to Dr. Bontz and his awesome dental assistant Amy. She made me so comfortable from getting Vaseline for my lips (because they were dry from the procedure) to playing the music I liked throughout the process of putting my braces on! And Dr. Bontz thank you for getting both top and bottom brackets placed same day per my request. The dental hygienist and Dentist were all so sweet as well and the finance ladies were so attentive and made sure they provided all options available. The Abrams Jefferson Dental and Ortho team made this dental experience amazing and after I advised of my not so great experience with my last dentist they were sure to handle me with care! I love this place! My husband even made the switch! I got braces and He will be in Invisalign, I'm excited for our Journey! Thanks Jefferson, see y'all in 3 months !

Had such a great experience from start of my appointment to the end. Was able to come in for an orthodontic consult and walked out with braces same day Awesome and professional staff. Blanca took care of all my financial questions, Angie and Loraine answered so many of my questions about braces. Dr. Bontz was awesome addressing my concerns about my smile

I went to get my adjustment done for my braces. I had Deserey originally and she was pretty nice and patient but she couldn't get the wire in but she kept trying but eventually she asked for help which I admired instead of just giving up she asked Loraine to help and baby she even had a hard time getting it in lol but she didn't give up either she was very determined to get it which I admired as well. The facts that they didn't give up and worked as a team is what I love about this place and I made them laugh and vice versa they made it more comfortable. Thank you guys for making my experience easy and fun great job!!!! -~Aliza

I have been hesitant about chain dentistry after coming from a small town dentist in Louisiana and my prior experience in Dallas but I had the best experience today at Jefferson dental and orthodontics. Dr. Alan Nguyen was amazing and so personable, while also explaining in detail what I needed and why I need it. Also, my dental assistant Brianna was so gentle (I have sensitive teeth) and comforting during the process!! Everyone was so nice and I am so happy I found this place. :)

This is very sweet staff! They are very helpful and caring. Everyone in the office was concerned to help me. The treatment coordinator gave me several financial options. I am looking forward to continue with more treatment with them!
